There are documented reasons a decant can read differently from a boutique bottle: smaller atomiser heads disperse fragrance differently than full-size spray heads, and skin chemistry, temperature, and testing conditions significantly influence how a scent develops and lasts. None of this involves any alteration of the fragrance itself.

I have not received any response on support email
I am very disappointed with Scento’s customer support.
I have already contacted the company through the email address provided on the website, regarding an incorrect invoice, but I have not received any response.
For order SCN-617211, invoice TTRAOS8H-8930 was issued incorrectly. Instead of the correct amount of €77.90, the invoice shows only €0.78.
This is a company invoice, so the incorrect amount is creating problems for our accounting records and needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that Scento does not provide a customer service phone number, so email appears to be the only available way to contact the company - yet no one is responding.
Customers should be able to receive timely support, especially when the issue concerns an incorrectly issued invoice. I kindly but firmly ask the Scento team to check the messages sent to the support email, address my request, and provide the corrected invoice as soon as possible.
I would appreciate an urgent response and resolution. As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect proper and accessible customer support.

Assistenza ridicola
Esperienza ridicola, assistenza clienti vergognosa e praticamente inesistente. Ho effettuato un ordine (SCN-617386), questo risulta consegnato dal corriere Fed Ex ma io non ho mai ricevuto il pacchetto, con ogni probabilità il corriere lo ha lasciato in un posto "non safe" senza rispettare le indicazioni che gli ho dato ed è stato rubato. Ho contattato il corriere che mi ha detto di contattare Scento perché sono loro a dover gestire la pratica col corriere e qui si è rivelata la vera natura di questo sito e della sua assistenza ridicola. Ho inviato 5 e-mail con una richiesta di assisstenza nell'arco di due settimane senza ottenere alcuna risposta. Il numero dell'assistenza Whatsapp indicato sul loro sito, con tanto di link diretto all'app di messaggistica, risulta inesistente. La chat live è stata la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso, mi ha risposto inizialmente un assistente AI, poi è intervenuto un assistente "reale" (Radu) che mi ha chiesto il codice della spedizione. Dopo avergli fornito il codice della spedizione è completamente sparito e non ha mai risposto nonostante le mie ripetute sollecitazioni. Non ho mai visto una cosa del genere e non sono uno che acquista di rado online. Dopo questa recensione negativa il prossimo step sarà rivolgermi ad un'associazione a tutela dei diritti del consumatore perché è una situazione a dir poco scandalosa. Ho pagato 60 euro di campioni di profumo che non ho mai ricevuto e in più vengo anche preso in giro dall'assistenza? Oltre al danno, la beffa. Non fidatevi assolutamente di questa azienda.

For your own sake, please avoid placing orders on this website.
I placed an order, and they replied after three hours to say that three items were out of stock – even though they weren’t listed as ‘sold out’ on the website – and offered me three alternatives that I didn’t want and which had nothing to do with the items I’d ordered.
Within 24 hours, I requested the order be cancelled, as I am entitled to do, and received absolutely no reply.
The live chat is stuck in a loop, no reply to my email, and no response on Facebook or Instagram either.
Three days have passed and I’m still receiving emails saying I must choose replacements; otherwise, the order will be automatically dispatched with whatever stock remains and a refund will be issued.
I ordered six products and it’s not worth paying delivery for just three.
I’m warning you that they’re completely unreliable when it comes to orders, and I can’t guarantee the authenticity of the decanters in this situation.
I’ll be lodging a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net); it’ll be a long process, but given how they’ve behaved, they deserve it and I won’t stop.
Avoid them, avoid them, avoid them.

I bought a perfume from them that I know and use regularly. What they sent me was a vulgar, cheap fragrance that is absolutely not the one I purchased. When I asked for an explanation and a refund, I was simply dumped onto an artificial intelligence that kept jerking me around with their marketing claims, spouting nonsense like the real essence only comes out after 5/8 sprays of the decant. Too bad their return policy then prevents you from returning it for "hygiene" reasons if the perfume has been sprayed or opened (as if there were any other way to realize you've been screwed). Absolutely terrible experience, never again.

On returns: EU law does allow sellers to exclude opened cosmetic products for hygiene reasons, which is why our policy reads as it does. I honestly don’t know if it’s even…
I honestly don’t know if it’s even possible to dilute a perfume so much that it barely resembles the original anymore. I’ve tried the original fragrance, and compared to this one, it’s genuinely hard to even tell that it’s supposed to be the same perfume.
I ordered 8 ml and ended up wasting €50 on basically nothing. I’m just glad I didn’t order any additional fragrances.
A complete disappointment.
Update: I contacted them immediately after receiving their response to request a replacement perfume. It has now been a month, and they still haven’t replied to my email, nor have I received the replacement perfume.
Be careful when ordering from this company.
