Service in general not good
Service in general not good. Poorly revised article, which forced me to revise it again just in the language, receiving negative comments about the use of English. To my complaints, the customer service wanted to consider even charging me for additional service. I had to insist that their poorly done work be revised at no additional cost. The second revision was perhaps better, but I am still waiting to see the judgment of the international journal referees.

How Scribendi helped me write a better book
The suggestions were helpful. And the comments were uplifting. The return time was fast. Never late. I appreciated the coupons, and questions were promptly answered. Overall, the service was outstanding. However, there were a few times when I found minor errors, but I easily corrected them. One editor made some changes that I did not agree with, and was made to re-edit the chapter. Still, I would suggest Scriendi to others.
