As a first time customer, I purchased a rollerball pen, also a first as previously only used fountain or biro pens. I was very impressed with the pen's quality, it looked stunning, felt good to hold and the ink flowed smoothly. I contacted the company with question about the warranty and a missing instruction leaflet. Even though it was in the evening I received an immediate reply from their customer service rep. Dan, who was very helpful as apart from sending the instruction leaflet as a pdf, he answered my queries re ink refills. I was impressed by his kind manner. I will certainly be buying from this company again.

A beautiful look product and very smooth writing instrument.

The end of the pen had a slight rattled. I contacted Scriveiner direct on their website and interacted with Dan. Great customer service.

I uploaded a video, and he immediately ordered a replacement to be sent.

I had small problem with a pen, Scriveiner managed to sort it, and replaced the pen.

I had a problem with the ink reservoir and contacted Scriveiner. Dan was amazing as he quickly identified and solved my problem. I have received the package of new ink converters at no charge. The new ink converter is working flawlessly! I appreciate the ease and speed of their customer support in helping me to enjoy my Scriveiner fountain pen again.

I contacted Sonny from Scriveiner about my ball point pen which needed fixing. By return e-mail he had arranged a replacement pen for me. I couldn't believe how quickly this has been arranged. The friendly tone of his e-mail and willingness to help was truly first class. Well done and thank you.

Great products and great customer service. I love all the pens I have bought from them especially my fountain pen. The ball point pen’s cartridge lasted over two years with plenty of use. Thank you guys for creating pens that are high quality.

The ink in a recently purchased Classic fountain pen, fitted with Scriveiner cartridge, failed to flow consistently. My email to the Company was responded to immediately, with a checklist of possible causes. These were inappropriate, and a further prompt email, requesting a sample of my writing, resulted in an offer to despatch a replacement pen to me immediately.
Clearly the quality of the pen is outstanding, and I applaud the courteous and efficient help I received, not least the unquestioning trust shown by Sonny. This latter point being a highlight in the whole experience.

Très beaux stylos. L'écriture est fluide, la tenue aisée. Ma préférence reste sur les couleurs "or et argent" et "acier" qui leurs donnent un côté très chic et le coffret garni d'une recharge et d'un petit chiffon en fait une très belle idée de cadeau.

I have been very impressed with both the quality of the pen (I have a Midnight Blue Fountain Pen) and the customer service. After more than two years of use, I had a small issue (trivial and not one which would have been addressable as the warranty was expired) but they treated it as a huge one. I am forever grateful for the service, and the ease of use I have had from my pen.

Being technologically challenged, well, indifferent, I managed to mangle my first serious foray with a writing program, Scrivener, and, to top it off, sent a whimsical letter of distraught helplessness to the wrong company: this one.

Catherine (of customer relations) came to my rescue, directing me toward the actual point of my exercise with humor and helpful grace. I was so taken by her going out of her way in a way that didn't immediately impact her company's fortunes that I took a long look at what it is they do and sell and determined to make a purchase. I will do this as soon as I decide between two beautiful instruments, or more likely before I buy them both.

If they're this kind and thoughtful to a stranger, without profit in the guarantee, what do you imagine they will be like as makers and with you, as a customer?

I have bough two pens, two pencil and one mechanic-pencil on the last 8 months. Recently part of my lacqued back pen was damage, it loss brightness and it appear very rouges. I write a note to the company and for my surprise Scrivener responded my email on 5 minutes. I was really shocking because I sent the email at 10:30 pm. Immediately Scrivener open a quick process to review and fix the situación. In less than 10 days they send me a new pen showing so its commitment with quality, warranties and the best customer service. Catherine and Scrivener you are the best.

First time customer of this company; bought 3 fountain pens - 2 medium nib, 1 fine nib. When they arrived, I had a follow-up question regarding warranty registration. Despite the very late hour of my e-mail, a customer service rep responded within 10 minutes. Very nicely worded e-mail response with the exact information I needed. I then inked up my new pens and they are just lovely. I am thrilled with the quality of the pens and how they write and I plan to buy more. Thank you.
