I buy the soap bar for stains and I think it’s great. I think it’s slightly expensive once you’ve paid for delivery etc and it does take a while to arrive however I will continue to buy as I’ve not found anything else better out there that helps keep my children’s white socks white!

Used scrubology soap on a wedding dress. Dress was so dirty with lipstick, fake tan & make-up. Hem of the dress was the worst, but all cleaned & away in the dress box now. Also used the soap on a merino yarn baby blanket. Perfect

Received my parcel containing soap and scrub stone, but stone very badly damaged just powder inside the box
Have emailed the customer service and company addresses asking for replacement or refund no response been waiting 10 days
Poor service

Ordered beginning of September, was told issue with delivery via Evri. After two weeks was told to email if still not received within 5 days which I have now done twice and not received a response. I think this is a scam. Annoyed with myself because I should have checked reviews first. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I received my order in good time and was kept informed.
The Magic Sponge is brilliant but I've not found the stain remover soap as effective

Ordered the products I wanted over a month ago. I complained 2 weeks later that I’d not received my order and was told a few days after that items had been damaged in their delivery so they were out of stock on a product and would I like a refund. Said yes and nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails now with no replies so I’ve now taken it up with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I haven't recieved my order after waiting a month, emailed multiple times requesting a refund and have been ignored.

People posting fake cleaning reviews on Facebook to get people to buy. It's a scam. As soon as you post on the group to say your comment gets declined and post stops any more from commenting.

The cleaning stone was amazing, used it on so many things. Radiators, Oven, Microwave, Shower all came up sparkling. The stain remover soap was also superb in getting rid of blood stains.

The soap bar is amazing. Brilliant for whitening my kids socks when they’ve been outside with no shoes on!! Really does work. Highly recommend.

Feels like a scam, ordered weeks ago and nothing received. No reply to emails. I will be reporting the company to trading standards.

Seldom leave reviews but the soap bar is amazing! I had sweat stains on a pillow case ,and after rubbing the bar on damp material and leaving for 5 mins the mark was gone. It is very reasonably priced. Highly recomend

I recently tried a selection of Scrubology cleaning products and overall I was impressed with their performance. The range feels modern, eco-conscious and designed with convenience in mind.

The company can improve their packaging. My parcel costing £47.98 the scrubbing stone pot lids had come off and I have powder everywhere in the box over my work surface as I opened it. Some bright spark put the address label on the bottom of the box hence why everything was upside down. No extra packaging inside to stop the products moving around. I have small company and never have loose products I package them up so they do not move. You charge enough for your products so there is no excuse. This was a present that I cannot now pass on due to the damage.

I had a great experience. I am little miss messy and this wee bar of soap has changed my life for the better. My washing used to be multi coloured mainly due to pasta,egg and other stains. Various different products did NOT remove the stain...Until Scrubology. Now my washing blends in with everyone else's. I swear my neighbours think I've moved.

Nothing but good things to say
The scrub stick is amazing! It removed all of my limescale, then I used the scrub stone to clean the taps and they are now sparkly and like new!
The soap bar for clothes, it did remove most of the dirt/suncream stains on my son’s school polo tops, doesn’t work on paint. Wild definitely work better on new stains not old stains but still does a good job. Fast delivery, no issues will order again and have recommended to all my friends

As for my personal experience, Scrubology delivered what they promised. The product was fantastic. Will definitely repurchase once I run out.

The two stars are because I eventually received one bar of stain remover soap after emailing asking where my order was. Ordered 11th July 2025. They did reply pretty quickly, and said there had been problems with a batch they had. They even refunded my postage. Problems ftom thereon as I had actually ordered, and paid for, two bars. Many emails later and so far no response.

Ordered on the 13th of July, not received any notification about dispatch as promised. Emailed 2 days ago to chase up order, no reply. Not impressed and unsure if I'll ever receive my order! Will update if anything changes.
