Second time I’ve used sealedunitsonline…
Second time I’ve used sealedunitsonline for replacement double glazed units . Both times units have arrived made up to the correct measurements. My only gripe is that their communication is a little lacking . Second order didn’t receive any communication regarding delivery date . Luckily the driver left the item in a safe location .

Product was good quality and made to the required specifications. It arrived in a reasonable time scale.
Strange delivery. No prior notification. Just left unexpectedly outside the front door. Didn’t ring the doorbell. No packaging. Just plain glass left against the wall. But overall very pleased. Will use again.

Replacement DG Unir
Replacement unit arrived on day stated - did not fit it straight away as it was for garage door, and another project was taken free time.
have given 4 stars (would have been 5) had it not been for a small piece of glass stuck to the bottom underside of unit. (Unit would not fit level in frame)
Found cause - removed glass fragment - Then fine.
Would use again - upper pane showing sign of blowing-so if summer sale is still on may replace

Easy to order on their web site. You get a automatic reply giving you a provisional delivery date. The units were delivered a couple of days after the provisional date.

Great products - Great Prices - Comms could be better
The ordering process is easy and the website is clear, even for someone who has never fitted a glass panel before. I find that their prices are very reasonable and the free delivery is great. The quality of the glass that arrives is excellent.
Only one issue with them is the communications related to delivery date. The first (provisional) date they offer expired and I had to email to ask, second (provisional) date expired and I had to email again. They said they would contact me as soon as the van was loaded, with a firm delivery date/time. By the time I spoke to them again, the van had already left. There was no comms to say it was being loaded, no comms to offer a date until I asked. That will be something they need to work on but the rest of the process is great.

Easy process end to end, easy to select exactly what you want at a good price. Only slight niggle was the estimated delivery, appreciate it is what it is and estimate. But when it changes it would be good to recieve some form of update text/email.

Good product, delivered a few days late
Good product and delivered a few days after target date but a small issue in the bigger picture. Maybe it helps with a faster customer service response time as no replies to my follow up of my delayed order. But like most businesses I suspect there’s not enough staff, that’s what the answerphone implied! But I will come back as the product was good value .

Same as previous review, we ordered our glass on 20th July for 10-15 working day delivery when called they promised the 12th August we followed up on 11th August to be told there’s a delay and our glass will be delivered Sunday 16th August 4-6pm… no glass and no communication from the company !! - it has now been delivered after chasing the company via email who at first said it was dispatched and a driver would be with us this afternoon to it swiftly changing to he will be with you in an hour. They have sent the delivery fee of £20 to be refunded but feel more compensation is required due to the lack of communication and mess about on their side.

I have waited 2 and 1/2 weeks for an…
I have waited 2 and 1/2 weeks for an order that was paid for express delivery. Again nobody answered the phone, just an automated message. I am fuming, 8 calls, 6 emails, 2 WhatsApp messages. One email back to say sorry, logistics, supply problem, delivery has been rescheduled. It has not turned up. Again hired a tradesman to fit and have had to pay half as a retainer.. Its diabolical and no way to run a company. Update: The unit was delivered 1 day after I wrote this post, call me cynical.......
