Debra and Danielle are a wonderful team. We organised a birthday party cooking class and everyone enjoyed being hands on with some great food at the end of the evening. Defo recommend it for a birthday or just to learn new skills in the kitchen. They were very flexible on the menu and they catered for celiac, vegetarian and pescatarian...

Learn to cook new foods in a fun and supportive environment along with great tips including things such as how to use your knives that you can’t get from a cookbook . Debra and Danielle are great.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Debra, the manager at the Crouch End shop, was absolutely outstanding. She was so kind, and went the extra mile to help me with an item; looking up my receipt on their system (almost a year after purchase), contacting the company, communicating with me throughout, fully resolving my issue speedily, with such kindness.
This quality of customer care is rare in today’s world. It really makes such a difference. Heartfelt thanks to Debra. You are just superb! I will be a returning customer. The shop itself is wonderful, with fantastic, high quality products. 10/10. Thank you so much!

Was considering season knives for a while for work, I decided to try the Season 2 chefs knife and although it came beautifully boxed and presentation was lovely, when I went to use the knife it felt quite blunt. Of course I can sharpen it but when it's fresh out the box I wasn't expecting the knife to be on the duller side. The look of the knife I love, it's well balanced and light. Overall I feel rather disappointed with the sharpness but after looking at that it seems like a nice daily tool to use. Quick delivery and simple checkout.

Thanks Danielle & Debra Danielle a fantastic cookery class! The food was delicious, and the recipes easy to follow again at home. The shop is excellent, with lovely and knowledgeable staff and great range of high-quality products. I would highly recommend it and look forward to coming back.

It was such fun learn to cook new food in a local kitchenware shop that i have bought in many times. Danielle and Debra were extremely welcoming and friendly. We met other local people and the food was delicious. At the end, I enjoyed eating, drinking a glass of beer, and chatting with the other participants. A really lovely experience and we will go again. Highly recommend.

Danielle and Debra are amazing hosts, looking after us and teaching us how to make delicious middle eastern food. They are both incredibly warm and enthusiastic. I learnt very useful practical things such as the best way to chop vegetables and herbs. We enjoyed the meal at the end with a glass of wine and ended up chatting late into the evening. I am looking forward to trying out the recipes at home and working on my cookery skills and repertoire.

I purchased the S4 utility knife at the end of April, the knife came the next day and was excellent, very nice looking knife with a razor sharp edge, so much so that I found myself putting it back in the box after uses because the packaging was also very classy. After 2-3 weeks I noticed a chip along the blade which, after taking such good care of the knife, was really unfortunate.

I got in contact with the customer service and within the day i got the first response just politely asking for a photo of the blade, to which i sent one. They replied not 12 hours later totally agreeing with me and have sent out a replacement knife that should be with me tomorrow (next day delivery was a very nice touch)

Overall fantastic experience with Season cookshop and I will absolutely be buying from here exclusively for cookware now.

Just took delivery of Season’s S3 67 layer Damascus steel utility knife which is nothing short of glorious. Makes me want to toss my Wusthof chef’s knife in the bin. No comparison in quality. And at £45 it’s very reasonably priced. Also, lovely personal customer service and beautiful packaging. I’m afraid I have to go back for more now.

I was given a cooking lesson from Season as a Christmas present. Such a fab present as I had a lovely time.
Debra and Danielle were fantastic hosts and all the recipes were super tasty.
I’ve since made the Dahl with rice and it was delicious.
Everyone else in the class were so friendly and chatty.
We completed the class with a lovely glass of wine. The food we cooked was all eaten. I was lucky to get a little takeaway of one of the dishes and it tasted even better the next day.
It was a lovely environment and fabulous hosts. I would absolutely recommend any class in Islington or Crouch End branches. Looking forward to the next one.

I just wanted to proffer a little thanks to my local store of Season, in Islington, North London.
I've only visited twice in person, but I've been dealt with personably on both occasions, indeed by the same young Lady, Miss M.
Tonight's visit was especially inspiring, as I was both quickly recognised, and welcomed upon first sight, as well as provided with magnanimous advice as to where I could purchase my sought after item, as they no longer had any stock available (A two Hole Egg Poacher 16cm pan).
As I mentioned at the time to Miss M, business is not actually about buying/selling anything. That's just what keeps accountants happy, as it's clean & binary.
Business, is about building relationships, so you don't go anywhere else for your needs, which ultimately translates in sales/purchases...
One small point however, I called three times today to clarify a specific issue before visiting, and was unable to connect once, ergo the 4 star rating rather than 5.
Answer the phone please in future, or at least note the number calling, and call back.

We attended a wonderful cooking class at Crouch End. We learned useful recipes and some technique tips, in a really warm friendly atmosphere. It was a lovely and productive evening! Strong recommend.

Enquired about a cutting board and asked if it was possible to view a few before shipping too see which one I liked the grain of. The email was ignored, not even a 'Sorry, this isn't possible' as a reply. Purchased the item a while later and shipping notifications and plenty of marketing emails filled my inbox shortly after. I'm happy with the product but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If they won't respond to something as small as a basic question, I worry what they'd be like if there was a bigger issue with an order.

It was such a fun evening - we learnt how to cook some great Thai food! Would 100% recommend
