Yesterday I visited this shop, where I met with excellent customer service, the sellers are very kind and communicative and educated about the products they sell, at their suggestion I bought a Scanpan, which proved to be very good on my first use, and I can say the best pan for sure on the market. thank you Season for excellent customer service and a good proposal, I suggest this shop if you want to feel comfortable and get excellent advice regarding the kitchen and the things you lack in the kitchen, I will definitely come back to this shop because they appreciate the customers

In an age where so many calls to companies seem to end in frustration and disappointment, I was thrilled this week to have such a lovely, positive telephone/ shopping experience...and my husband, who was sitting in the room with me, was equally impressed. I've been looking for particular oil and vinegar dispensers for some time and was very pleased to find that Season stock them. I rang to check that the designs I wanted were in stock and spoke to three incredibly helpful salespeople - Richard in the warehouse, Ryan and another male whose name I didn't ask. These dispensers have different designs and get sent to stores in a box of random designs. Ryan very helpfully checked stock in another store, rang me back straight away and promised to send the 3 designs I wanted. Sure enough, 2 days later they arrived, beautifully and safely packaged and are now in my cupboard looking as lovely as I hoped they would. Thank you so much to all of you for such a friendly, helpful and efficient service. If I lived in London, I'd definitely be making one of these stores my favourite cookshop. Incidentally I'm by no means a serial reviewer but was so pleased with the experience, I just had to put 'pen to paper'.

I ordered a le creuset frying pan. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The price was £20 cheaper than John Lewis too! I also ordered some pan dividers, they couldn’t get the black ones I ordered but kept me informed and some grey ones are on the way. Excellent customer service, great ( and increasingly rare) to actually have contact with a real person and not an AI bot. Thank you John. I have high expectations on Service and I will definitely be using them again.

I bought a cafeteria for my husband’s birthday as a gift from our daughter and unfortunately when it arrived the glass for cracked. I sent Seasons an email and they responded immediately, sending a replacement the same day. Excellent service and really happy with the product. Thank you John!

delivery of product took 15 days. this is because they sold me a product without having it in stock then tried to fob me off with a demo model.

Great customer experience especially from Richard. Responsive to queries, ensures orders are processed with care and provides an efficient service. A repeat customer for many years and my go to place each time for high quality products and service. Highly recommend.

Bought a Chinese cleaver for my father’s birthday who decided he didn’t want it. Seqson weee incredibly helpful in managing the return and the process was made very smooth. Thank you for being so accommodating

There is no shop I'd go to buy cooking supplies other than Season. They were especially helpful when I needed to replace an expensive Staub casserole pot. All I had to do was bring in my pot and they handled everything. A week later my new pot was delivered to my flat! Highly recommend this shop for all of your cooking needs!

I stumbled upon Season Cookshop (Islington) one day in passing. A lovely, open and well stocked kitchenware shop with a wide variety of brands and wares. I was unaware at this point that this serendipitous visit and meeting Dejan would change my life.

Dejan is the manager of the store. A warm, welcoming, honest and extremely knowledgeable gentleman. Believing he could not help me I decided to explain my frustration of paying hundreds of pounds over the years for pans that simply do not live up to their hype - even those endorsed by famous chefs!! The task of finding something non-toxic, non-stick, durable and versatile was something of a unicorn.

Dejan listened and then proceeded to introduce me to the ScanPan. Without “selling” it to me he enthusiastically explained its features clearly and concisely. Coincidently as we were chatting, we were interrupted by a returning customer of his who “just had to thank him for introducing her to the same brand of pans” her life had also been changed and she came to add to her set. She was elated. He assured me this wasn’t a sales pitch setup.

This review is worth 100 stars and they should be divided between Dejan and ScanPan, who are both an asset to Season Cookshop. I waited 8 months before leaving this review as I was sure that these pans would end up in my pan graveyard. Alas I could not happier! Cooking is a pleasure again. Nothing sticks, things heat through evenly, I don’t need to use much oil and they’re easy to clean.

I highly recommend this shop but more-so, the very knowledgeable manager at the Islington branch, Dejan who embodies the lost art of REAL customer service.

scammers. sent me a completely different item and refusing to help me return for a refund! avoid this company

Do not use this company at Hamstead Heath. Wrong items delivered, sent back to be replaced, a month after they received items back, no replacement and stated not received goods. Proof of posting and tracking shows they did. We have been in touch many times since returning items and still no replacement. When asked for reimbursement, miraculously I could have the replacements tomorrow, no thanks, custom goes elsewhere

Company go back on their word, will avoid using them in future. item faulty, scratched/dented/missing paint/dirty. Been let down massively.

In Dec ‘20 I bought a frying pan from them online. It was initially out of stock, which was displayed at the point of purchase. They emailed to ensure I knew it was out of stock and offering to cancel the order if I wasn’t prepared to wait, which I felt was a good level of extra effort. More recently I went via them as the pan is no longer non-stick but claims a lifetime quality. While the frying pan brand have been terrible in customer service Season has been great acting as middle-person around the problem so I can’t fault them. I would certainly buy from them again given the quality of customer service.

Bought an Ooni Koda 12 pizza oven from Season Cookshop, it was considerably the cheapest on the Internet. As a bonus, there was free delivery and the item arrived on time by FedEx. Definitely recommend this company

Saw season cookshop was offering a price match for a PRODUCT. I found a cheaper price for the product on another website retailer, filled in the form and awaited an email response. Emailed me back saying could not match the price because the other company was charging more for postage and packaging making the total more expensive.

This is a despicable way to get out of honouring a price match advertisement on their website.

Price matches should be for the PRODUCT ONLY not for postage, packaging, wholesale prices, the way the wind is blowing that particular day or any other reason except for VAT. Don't treat your potential customers like they're ignorant by suggesting in your response that postage should be factored into a price match for a PRODUCT. What's next? Rejecting price matches because you offer free returns and other companies dont. It's disgusting and you know it and now potential customers will know how you operate.

Fantastic service, a very speedy delivery , ordered some le creuset kitchenware amd I was a little nervous as recently had a delivery from another company and everything arrived broken, but with season it arrived in perfect condition, it had been packaged perfectly and delivered promptly and professionally, I can't say enough good things about season, they will be getting all my business from now on
