My other half bought me a Scanpan pan at Christmas (it was not cheap), I used it 6 times and a chip came out of its super new titanium nonstick coating (advertising blurb: "long-lasting and enables use of metal utensils"). I tried to take it back – they said they asked the manufacturer and were told it was not a manufacturing fault. I then asked the seller to replace or reimburse and they said they couldn't claiming "It can't be a manufacturing fault because they're a reputable company." It must have been struck hard by the sharp edge of a metal object – I have been cooking for many years and I know how to turn a steak. It was not struck hard by a sharp metal object. But there is nothing to be done. Just very disappointing all round.

MORE: Funnily enough when I contacted the company – using their website – they agreed to replace the pan straightaway (I should let the shop have the correct contact). However there was no stock for a while (who knows maybe there was a manufacturing issue?). I also see that another lady had her Scanpan replaced immediately following the non-stick coating coming off. I'm glad that the customer is finally getting good service. It could have saved a lot of bother.

Excellent shop. They sell a wide variety of kitchenware. Their customer service is amazing and they really go the extra mile to accommodate their customers. Will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future.

We ordered a Robert Welch cutlery set from Season as a replacement wedding gift, after waiting 12 weeks from another supplier (a well known wedding gift list site). The item was on pre-order but we ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered on Saturday. Could not have been more impressed! Highly recommend this site.

I ordered a large order however the Le Creuset casourel dish never arrived even though I kept pestering them for an arrival day, weeks and weeks went past. Literally the SEASONS changed and still no casourel dish. They didn't even bother sending me updates unless I asked.

They also sent me two salt shakers instead of a salt and pepper shaker which shows they lack an attention to detail you should assume a company that specialises in "high quality kitchen ware" should have.

You're better of shopping somewhere else unless your hobby is nagging someone about your order for months.

First class service from Season Cookshop in Balham. Really lovely company to deal with. The cutlery I ordered arrived before time. Excellent and would recommend this company and certainly use them again. Well done Season!!

I ordered a set of Le Creuset pans on Friday at 15.46.
They were delivered today, Monday at 11.45. Fantastic service. I was kept informed of delivery time slot.
I’m delighted with my purchase, which was considerably cheaper than other online websites.

My Experience With Season Made is Nothing Special.My phone cover does not fit on one side.The other three sides are fine, one side is not good.I ordered it with toy but it came with without toy....but its material is too good and I want to replace it with another same cover please or give me my money back. Its a huge request please.

I have not brought anything from this company before but it won’t be the last time. If I could have given Season Cookshop 10 stars I would have. I had a problem with a dish drainer that I had bought from them a month prior. After email photographs and phone calls from the manager they rapidly sent out a complete replacement. Same issue with second one so they went and checked one in their warehouse. Got the relevant part from it that we needed, packed it really well and it arrived in perfect condition. Job done. Fantastic customer service which is sadly lacking nowadays

I ordered a set of Le Creuset pots which were due to be released in April but was subsequently advised that there is a delay and they won't be available until later in the year - I was offered a refund or a discount on another item on their website - I chose the refund and it was almost instantly added to my account - impressive communication and service

I recently contacted Season Cook Shop via email to ask some questions about their kitchen knives. The response was extremely quick and very helpful & so I placed an order via their website for a set of Wusthof kitchen knives. My order arrived very swiftly even though it was delivered in 2 parts due to a couple of items being out of stock & considering the current Covid circumstances. I will definitely buy further products from this company.

Excellent responsive customer service. Fast shipping. High end products at good prices. Great resource and place to shop for kitchen needs. And I'm just learning how to cook (thanks Covid), so I guess I'm not 100% sure what I'm talking about when it comes to cooking. But I know quality merch when I see it and this is it. No need to flounce around buying this stuff anymore. A lot of needs fulfilled here.

I ordered a Green Pan small frying pan amongst other pans and within a month the covering started to come off this one. I reported it to Season Cookshop and it was dealt with very efficiently and I was kept informed at all times. Very pleased with the service.
