No discreet packaging whatsoever
No discreet packaging whatsoever. They literally just stick the postage label directly on the product box and stick it in the post. They'll probably reply denying it, but don't believe anything they say, anyone who would do this is not trustworthy. Don't buy from them, you will regret it. You have been warned.

Underwhelming customer service. I emailed them regarding a refund for an unsatisfactory product, but was told that I couldn't have my money back despite my bad experience with it. I am not happy as the product was £50 and rubbish!! Would not recommend buying from this company at all.
