The property manager Kristina is very rude and she does not help or try to help her loyal customers who are needing help doing a pandemic. I paid my storage faithfully for 8 months straight since I moved to TEXAS when the pandemic started. They told me if I ever needed help to reach out to them and they would HELP not put a LOCK on my storage when I only owe $20. DO NOT rent here if you're smart because they change policy all the time and you're not aware of it until you're in that situation and then they're rude about it. RUN! RUN RUN!

***UPDATE:** 20 minutes after posting this review. The same property manager KRISTINAor CRISTINA called me back to only tell me that they were now going to TERMINATE my agreement with them and I needed to get everything out the unit in 5 days.. WOW! I will be contacting a lawyer to see about my rights so no worries! Just one more issue with them DURING A PANDEMIC. Again, you NEVER know when you will fall on hard times and if you do, YOU DONT WANT TO LEASE FROM THIS LOCATION

My storage was broken into . Come to find out that unit has had it broken into multiple times . Should have know considering the wall to my unit was caved in . SMH

Climate-Controlled Unit
I had a climate-controlled unit. It was supposed to be clean when I got it, but it was not. There was some broken glass in there that I had to clean up before I moved in. After that, the unit was great. My belongings stayed safe. Be prepared to pay extra fees for a lock and insurance, as well as yearly price increases.
