Zebedee and Kaylen were great! They were professional, communicative, and careful throughout the move! They noticed an issue with their suppliers right away and contacted clutter quickly to get it resolved. Unfortunately it took a long time for clutter to rectify the supply issue which definitely added time to the move. I was also frustrated by the pre move steps as I was suggested to downsize based on my inventory only to be upgraded twice during the move. The movers were great but I think the process could be improved.

The guys were very efficient and fast. They took great care packing and labeling everything, I got pictures of everything they packed. Just two very polite, very professional men got the job done.
Hidden charges. Beware
When I put things in storage, I was assured that I could get them or have them delivered anytime I need. A year later and they're holding my entire storage hostage. 'No pickups available at the Miami warehouse.' They want to charge me another $400 for a 'truck to truck transfer'. None of the cross country movers even know what that is. Just saw Clutter has an F rating on the BBB. I regret ever using this company.

Do not use Clutter Storage or headaches will follow!
If you store your belongings with this company you are likely to run into billing issues. My things were stored at a time when my life was in disarray from losing my home, then my income Nov 1, 2025. My bill had not been late up til that point, yet the website states you can contact them for help if you are experiencing difficulties paying your bill from financial hardship. I did so by phone and online chat informing them my payments would be late because the only funds I had were to cover a hotel/motel for my daughter and myself who were homeless as of Nov 1.
Every month I was charged late fees and delinquency fees if nothing was paid in 45 days. Some months I was charged late fees twice. If a customer is having difficulty paying the standard payment, adding late fees and delinquency fees only compound the already tedious situation.
I’m a vet and received assistance securing housing and paying my bill so I could have my belongings delivered, each time bills got paid new late fees or delinquency fees would get posted. If your bill isn’t at zero you can not book delivery. So after many phone calls, online chats and emails finally two employees offered to help and actually called back when they said they would.
On March 5th, Vivek in billing requested two late fees from Feb 2026 and a delinquency fee to be waived because I had just moved into an apartment but had nothing but an airbed. My billing period starts on the 9th and he was trying to get it done prior to the next billing period. He was off for a week and had Sowmya check the account to ensure it was done. Clutter had charged one of the late fees on the credit card that belonged to the veterans agency without authorization, who had previously helped get my acct caught up. This was AFTER Vivek submitted it to be waived due to excessive fees and no one calling back to assist with resolving these issues that I had been calling about since Nov. I complained and requested the refund to the veteran agency card given this was a fee to be waived and they charged my card instead. Once the 9th came Sowmya tried to book delivery of my belongings and they had no availability til the 11th. Vivek returned and I explained all that had happened. My card was refunded, my things were delivered in under two hours. Then they billed me for delivery even though the first two hours are free. Vivek got those charges dropped and said I only owed them for March 9-11th which was $31.80 yet my account shows I owe the entire month of $310.80 even though my things were delivered to me on the second day of my billing cycle. I have had the toughest time of my life being homeless and having no income since Nov 2025 and stayed in my new place from Feb 9th til March 11th with only an airbed because it took so long to get the excessive late and delinquency fees dropped from my account. Why would they have on their website, click - I’m experiencing financial hardship and need help paying my bill if you have To jump through hoops to get anyone to call back that has the authority to waive even some of the excessive late and delinquency fees?
I already have my belongings and still am getting emails and calls to pay the March bill in full and then they will prorate it for the two days they still had my belongings and outright refuse to adjust the billing so I am able to pay for the the 2 days I actually owe. I don’t have the $310.80 for March nor should I have to pay it given my billing starts on the 9th and they had no availability until the 11th. This experience has made my ordeal far more painful than it ever had to be. The movers were great, Vivek & Sowmya were helpful and compassionate, but their billing practices are criminal and those who have the power to override their automated excessive billing system could careless about doing what’s right, what makes sense and exercising the common courtesy of not charging a customer for a full month when their belongings have been delivered by the second day of their billing cycle. Make it make sense.
Unless you want billing headaches do not store your things with this company! You have been warned!!!
I'm very happy with the company
I'm very happy with the company. Very easy and transparent process from the time you order through to the completion. Everything is photographed and tagged. Communication is excellent you can change the order if needed. They arrived on time on the pick up day and worked diligently to complete the loading in a timely manner.

Clutter damaged so many items
Extensive damage. Missing parts. Zero accountability.
14 items broken. Furniture parts missing. TV damaged. Claims denied.
Clutter handled a 2-day pickup and delivery. Crews were friendly, but the result was unacceptable. Their own photos show items not fully wrapped and materials rubbing together, and even boxes already damaged before loading.
At delivery: 14 broken items, missing furniture parts, and a TV damaged from an improvised box that failed (blue corners). The furniture with missing parts was disassembled between the truck and the condo—initial Clutter photos show full pieces, including the now-missing components.
We’ve moved multiple times without much issue—this was not normal. Nearly all claims were denied as “self-packed,” which is incorrect. We wrapped some of our own items carefully. The damage points to handling during pickup, transport, and delivery. Going to small claims court for the first time ever.
Look up "bailment" - Clutter's contract does not describe all rights and remedies perhaps intentionally.
We wondered if the handling of items had anything to do with the crews complaints of PTO/sick time being taken away. Two of them mentioned it - that's a separate legal issue between the company and personnel.
BEWARE: CLUTTER MOVING ARE SCAMMERS
TOTAL SCAMMERS!
Expect to spend many hours dealing with customer service regarding their gross overcharges, and get nowhere. Additionally, they require you to sign documents stating that you have received your belongings in perfect condition BEFORE you can even schedule to receive them. They hold your property hostage until you sign false documents with false charges. This company should be shut down by the Attorney General for systemic fraud and misrepresentation.
Save yourself a huge headache and a lot of lost time, because this company is irredeemable, they are deliberately designed to scam and exploit.

My only complaint is that more care could have been taken with the floors and one fragile item but probably if I had the space estimate correct then they would have been better prepared.
