The business model of this company is unique and I admit I was skeptical. What sold me on the company was the all in one services they provide. A team will come to pack, move and store your belongings. This service comes with materials and was FREE for the first 3 hours; this is a phenomenal deal and fit my needs perfectly. My team included TJ and Josiah, both were exceptional. They answered my questions, eased my concerns and made this experience smooth, seamless and stress free. They took pictures and bar coded everything. They worked quickly but carefully, taking extra care with my belongings. I am so grateful for their patience, kindness, and skills.

The only recommendation I have is regarding customer support. That team needs to have a better script on how Clutter's process works. I didn't know I could gain access to my items upon request using the bar code until TJ explained it to me. I also didnt know which warehouse my belongings would be stored until TJ told me. It wasn't on my contract or located anywhere in my account. This is a huge inconvenient gap and should be addressed. That said I am excited to see how the "check in check out" process this business model supports will work.

The pick up and delivery is great. However I have not been able to cancel my account for months now. The charge just keeps hitting my account and I can’t get anyone on the phone to resolve. Absolutely nightmare, use at your own risk.

Clutter made a great offer. I can’t argue with that. Setting up the appointment was easy although doing the virtual walk-through so that AI could guess what I was going to be storing was a little confusing and not very well explained on the website. But then again I’m a 66-year-old man so who knows? Maybe I just didn’t understand it. What I did understand was that the customer service via Zendesk, left a little bit to be desired. But when I placed a call to the company, they cleared up all my confusion. Again, I’m older and I just like talking to people. All the frustrations though went away when the two movers came to load up my stuff. They couldn’t have been nicer people. They worked hard. There was no complaining about the stairs or the cold weather. They were just highly professional and really brought the clutter brand to life. I would use them again in a heartbeat as long as my heart keeps beating, as I mentioned I’m getting up there, and this is probably my last move.

experience was great, fast effecient but i thought i was going to get 10 boxes delivered for free as i was told i was able to do every three months.

Clutter Storage is an outstanding company to work with! From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and incredibly easy to communicate with. The delivery team was courteous, respectful, and highly efficient. They delivered all of my belongings within a reasonable time and kept me informed every step of the way while en route, which I truly appreciated.

IF YOU SEE THIS DO NOT USE THEM IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR YOUR TIME FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!! It pained me to give even 1 star. I would never use this company and never rec. it to friends or family. They change your pick up times throughout the day regardless if you pay. It def feels like they play a game and it's the worst experience as a customer. I also paid for drop off to select a window and they changed the time. They can't tell you when the truck will actually arrive. It's the worst especially if you have to coordinate other details to your move. In my case, I was moving out of state. Even though I paid for a window they moved and when I called they told me I selected that time that Clutter actually changed it too. It's actually funny as they text you updates and I have a text thread showing confirmation of my original time and the changed time. So then, they ask you to file a claim regardless that they as the company changed it. They have a lot of repeative responsives their replies are the updates you receive in text and email, so I don't understand how they are actually being proactive to resolve an issue. Do not pay to support this company and store your items that you don't even have access too and it's stored in a big warehouse. They mislabel the pictures in your profile as well. They labeled my items toddler bed??? I didn't even see my bed when I want them to dispose my mattress at drop off they have you select it in your profile, but I couldn't even do that bc of the poor labeling. SO PLEASE DO NOT USE I HOPE ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS SEES THIS. I'm a very organized person and they truly have rattled me with their poor customer service - DON'T LET WEBSITE PAGE FOOL YOU!

Michael and Bryan arrived on time. They were very friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful.
They delivered our furniture perfectly, everything was great! The furniture was covered, protected and kept clean! Everything went extremely well. We will definitely refer Clutter to friends and family! Thank you!

Company is deceiving. They said I signed a six month contract for storage which I never did. They said they even discussed it with me which they never did. I tried to remove my things after one week because I’m in my new apartment now and I cannot retrieve them unless I pay them six months storage fee This company is deceiving. Please do not use this company. Beware.

Clutter handled my moving and storage needs with professionalism, respect for my belongings and patiently answered all my questions when I contacted Customer Support.

We had an emergency flood damage move to do. I contacted Clutter on Friday and booked on Saturday a move to storage for Monday morning. Everything was set up. We were promised loading on Monday morning. I confirmed on Sunday afternoon and was assured that they would arrive at 9 am on Monday morning.
At 7:30 am on Monday morning, they cancelled. Either the person booking my move overpromised and could not deliver, or there was a terrible lack of communication between office and staff, or someone slept in, or ....... fill in the blanks.
All Clutter did was use up all of my available time to prepare and let me down into a big hole. As a result, I had other contractors standing around for hours while I arranged a couple of pods to be dropped on the driveway. Then the other contractors did the job Clutter was supposed to do before they could begin what they were supposed to do. TOTAL COST FOR THE DAY: $3000 to the other company for doing Clutter's work. We had no choice. Now we are paying double what we were supposed to pay Clutter for monthly storage because we have needed to use two pods and had no time to negotiate price.
There is no need to call these people names or make other disparaging comments, but those are the facts.
THEY SERIOUSLY LET US DOWN and it was stressful and expensive.

Jesus, D'Angelo, and Daniel are a dream team. They're so efficient, communicative, and polite. I never hired movers before and that trio definitely prove that booking Clutter was the right choice. They handled our items with care, didn't cause any dents, and overall are great guys. I couldn't praise them enough. 10000 stars and more.
