Superb customer service from IKENNA
Cash withdrawal request not processed.
Asked multiple security questions and confirmed transaction would happen by close of business.
Used callback option as located overseas and call queue was too busy.

I have asked several times for their end of tax year report, needed urgently by my accountants. They have repeatedly ignored me making my financial life impossible. They do not answer their phones or call back when requested. It is a dialog with the deaf.
Do not consider doing business with this terrible firm

After a long wait of the phone for an answer Wei greeted me with enthusiasm. He answered my questions well and if not certain , he consulted another person. He assisted me around the website and always made me feel I was not wasting his time as I am not IT literate. He was extremely helpful and I certainly learnt a lot more from his willingness to assist. Thank you again Wei for all your help. Enjoy a future of success.

Called II to discuss pension benefits spoke to Dean who was very helpful and very professional, understood and handled my enquiry comprehensively

Had to phone ii as my mobile was not working so could not receive pass code to login online. Phone was answered promptly as I spoke to Wei, who was very professional but friendly and got me logged into my account in no time. Excellent customer service and thank you Wei for your efficient help.

Called ii today as i had no idea how to use the platform and got through to Edan who was excellent. He talked me all through my questions and even had some bonus tips of how to make sure i was on the right subscription and ways to save. Just a few minutes with him and now i'm waaayyy more confident with the whole platform. What a ledge!

When I called the help desk at ii, I was put through to Aneesa who I found to be very helpful under unusual circumstances. She was able to sort my query out there and then and advise me on what I needed to do.

I contacted ii to enquire if on my death my children could donate some or all of my pension to charity. They replied possibly but that it would be up to the trustees of the scheme. Receiving an inconclusive sit on the fence answer when I needed certainty was no help whatsoever.

I also contacted them asking if I nominated my 2 grandchildren who were minors how would the money be paid as I wanted the parents to be able to use any withdrawals for the benefit of my grandchildren.

I was informed that the money had to be paid into a bank / building society account in the child's name (even though both are under 5 years of age}. An account in a child's name is inaccessible until they reach 18.

Fortunately after contacting other platforms I have received certainty that my children's wishes would be accommodated and that any withdrawals for my grandchildren would be paid into their parents' account thus enabling it to be put to good use before they reach 18.

I emailed the managing director Richard Wilson on each of these concerns but didn't receive a reply or acknowledgement on either.
