Rollover spécifique selon les clients…
⚠️ Rollover différent selon les clients — Très inquiétant !
J’ai des positions longues sur le spot USOil. Dans la journée, le rollover était à +3,1. Puis, sans explication, il passe brutalement à -4,16… uniquement sur mon compte !
Le plus surprenant : au même moment, un ami ayant aussi des positions longues sur le spot USOil (plus petites que les miennes) conserve un rollover à +3,1. Donc, pour les mêmes positions et au même instant, lui est payé… et moi je dois payer !
Donc les rollovers sont ajustés selon les clients et leurs positions. Autrement dit : quand vous gagnez trop, les conditions changent.
Tant que vous perdez ou gagnez peu, tout va bien. Mais dès que vous êtes en gain important, les frais augmentent soudainement. Très préoccupant.
Je déconseille fortement ce broker. Je vais clôturer toutes mes positions et transférer mes fonds ailleurs. Il existe de nombreux concurrents plus transparents.
⚠️ Faites attention et comparez avant d’investir.

Customer dis service
I had a Tradu account (unfunded) and for whatever reason my account was transferred here. Stupidly I thought I'd give them a try. I couldn't log in so emailed stating this was due to my old phone number being registered..so if necessary, delete my account so I can open a new one and fund it.
Sadly i ended up with Denis who closed my account and told me to email someone else to delete it rather than deal with it himself ... or maybe update my number so I could log in. There were easy options but Denis chose the slower more awkward one.
Obviously I just funded my usual account and now Tradu /FXCM missed out.
I hope Denis is new and can be retrained to help people who are willing to deposit rather than just be difficult.
On the plus side, they didn't and won't get any of my money.
