I was very sceptical going into this data recovery world as many companies are promising miracles and often will charge hundreds if not thousands.
Mark at Secure Data Recovery Services was honest, approachable and had a clear plan in order to recover my missing data. I was never told everything would be recovered (it wasn't) however I knew what to expect when given a quote and if nothing was found, nothing was charged which I felt comfortable with. Unfortunately some of my data was not recoverable as the heads of the drive had gone but roughly 75% of my work was recovered. It is better than nothing. I am very thankful to Mark and his team and will use them again in the future.... (hopefully not).

Exactly what we needed, catastrophic failure of both disks in a raid, sent on disk over to these guys and we got the data back.

Highly recommend! My camera card was soaked in sea water and neither the camera nor the laptop can even read the card at all. Secure data recovery services helped me and sent my card to the lab in US and I got 100% photo data back. These are very important memories for me and i really want to recommend the service.

Excellent service from start to finish!
The process is very simple and I was completely supported throughout my journey. I was looked after by Mark Cooney who very patiently tracked my QNAS until it arrived at their office, explained to me in non-technical jargon what was wrong with my QNAS, what they could do to recover my data, how my data was going to be stored and sent back to me and my QNAS returned. The technical team behind the scene worked their magic tricks and recovered all my files, I was in the loop during the process so I could verify what data I was after and how the data was transferred into a working storage unit. Mark was "holding my hand" throughout the process, making simple things like the sign off of the data, processing the payment and arranging for a safe delivery service for both ways! Losing data on any external drive can be very stressful and anxious time, particularly when treasured photographic memories are involved.
