Did not receive the shipment which was ordered Dec 17 2021. Have sent notification to Security lock supply, and have not received any response or acknowledgement from them regarding email which was sent to them.

I placed an order on November 21, 2001. It is now Novemeber 30th and my order status is still in awaiting shipment status. You found the time to send me an email to review your company but can not find the time to send my order. I find this very disturbing. How long does it take to ship a lock? One of the reasons that I chose your company was that other reviews stated fast shipping.
Until I receive my order I have nothing good to say about your company.

The door knob and lock are fine, just not the color I ordered. I contacted the company, but have not heard from anyone.

The lockset that I ordered arrived very quickly and fit perfectly! A local locksmith wanted 1 1/2 times what you charged and another $100 to install it. Your instructions made it simple for me install myself.

i was called by phone to confirm that i was getting the correct locks for my iron doors and was sent the locks but they were the wrong ones but i have no doubt that they will make it right do to they called before the locks were sent

I needed a lock for. 40 year old security door. Their website ask questions to ensure I got the correct replacement. And the human on the phone assisted me with the correct model type.

I will never do business with this company again. I ordered a secure box for keys. When I realized it was too small for my needs. I tried to do a return on the phone, and they said it would be fine. Just email a reply with my order confirmation, and wait 24 hours. To be told they don't accept returns on electronic devices. If I could give no stars I would.

We needed a door handle that is less common.The shipping was quick, and even though the standard shipping price was a little spendy, it still came out cheaper than we could find anywhere else.
