I have sent emails to hello@... and info@... both bounced back immediately , i called the phone number listed on website. It only rang and rang. I have not received my order , asked for it to be cancelled and refunded and subscription to be cancelled. This makes me leary of the company when they cannot be reached easily.

I don't know where to begin... I've suffered with ulcerative colitis for almost almost 40 years. I have spent thousands and thousands on supplements trying to find an answer, as pharma doesn't try to heal me, they love me being on expensive maintenance drugs. I am on my third month of Seelev (I stopped taking my biological meds about 6 months ago) and my quality of life has drastically improved. I don't remember feeling this good in a very, very long time. I'm so excited about this product that I've shared it with my daughter who suffers from anxiety and my brother who suffers with diverticulitis. I'm active, I've lost weight, I don't worry about where bathrooms are, my anxiety of unknown places is practically non-existent... I'm finally able to live life again!!! I can't recommend Seelev enough - not to mention the convenience of individual packets! Customer service is personal - they see ME. I thank God I came across this product!

I’ve been taking Seelev for almost 3 months. My friend gave me a prescribed packet from her functional doctor and I tried it for a few days and it helped immensely. After researching on the Internet, I chose this company to continue my gut restoration. Long story short I ended up in the ER with acute diverticulitis. After one round of anabiotic that I seem to have every side effect after seven days and being on vacation with the stress, I came home and went to my PCP. He offered me another set of antibiotics that I had in 2014 which helped. I was afraid to eat anything, started out very slowly clear liquid, white rice, shredded chicken, etc., as I continued with the individual powders I seem to grow with confidence and added more food into my diet. Deciding to go no GMO‘s, organic getting rid of most canned foods in my pantry and starting from scratch. I am placed to say I’m doing well with no step back. My first colonoscopy is scheduled for end of October and then I will continue on with the changing of my diet and keeping my individual powder form to go on vacation, and travel with. I had a gentleman that I talked to the other day his name was Manny from this company. He understood, and we talked about future recommendations and staying on the powder form most likely for the rest of my life. I’m being proactive and trying to cure the problem instead of treating the problem. Thank you and I hope to continue to our conversations in the future to make sure I live a happy and healthy life.

I’m not sure you can trust this company to stand behind their money back guarantee.
I have spent weeks trying to get a response to my email(s) requests for a refund (I tried the product for a month but felt worse) of my $79.99 for the 2 bags I bought on July 20th. The only response I got asked me to mail the bags back to them, when it actually says on their website ‘return policy’ page that you don’t have to do that! Here is what the policy page says:

We stand behind Seelev completely. If you try our colostrum protocol for 90 days and don't experience a meaningful improvement in your gut health, contact us within 90 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no return shipping required, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@…. with your order number and we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.”
They have many different email addresses besides the Info@… one, and I’ve tried them all without success.
Posting this review is another attempt to get this company’s attention, to respond to me and
make good on their promises.

After posting in different places, they eventually did contact me and did refund my money, so I want to give them credit for that. I do think it would make their company look more professional if they would streamline the return process.

I haven’t started the product yet. But I can say the customer service is hands down one of the best experiences I have had.

I ordered on Friday Aug 7th noticed it hadn’t shipped yet. I emailed Seelev within 10 mins I got an email and a call from Manny. He was so helpful! Within 20 mins he had my product out to a driver and got the notification it was on the way. Super helpful! I can’t wait to start this product. Will review again once started. :)

I purchased this April 17th, did not receive my order until mid-may. By that point I had been charged again, and had not received even the first product, but my auto-renewal was not showing up on my shop account so I was completely confused on how they were A. Charging me, and B. how to cancel. Mid-May after I received the first order and was charged for another $58 order, I received my second shipment just days later. A total of FOUR packs in a span of 1 week with no way to cancel. I emailed through their contact form the first week of June and heard nothing, I emailed again the last week of June and heard nothing. I finally followed up again and heard back in July, after receiving my now third order. I asked to cancel and for a refund on the last order. They responded they had cancelled but said nothing about a return. I followed up again (as it's satisfaction guaranteed on their site). I was told to ship it back and my cost to their address. I did so mid-July, and I have still not received a refund. I'm realizing I may have to do a charge-back at this point. The entire thing feels like an auto-enrollment scam with no way out and full dependence on a nearly non-existence customer service platform. Their email address doesn't even end with their site's url. It's a general gmail.com email which is concerning.

On top of all of this, I have now seen several ads and realized the long captivating stories aren't real, and nothing more than fictional short stories from chat gpt. Each with slight variations.

I’ve been suffering from chronic diarrhea for several months. I’ve just finished my first months supply of your colostrum and I would say I’m 95% better! I’m so thankful

I did a lot of research on Colostrum before buying this brand. My history is a mess, mastectomy in 2024, drugs damaged my pancreas and I was never told so by September 2025 I was having a lot of abdominal pain. Primary put me on Hydromorphone and this just added to the injury, Lipase was through the roof and I was bleeding with every trip to the bathroom, by January they had put me on Hospice care and increased the hydromorphone. I met with the end of life care Doctor and she told me I was not dying. So I stopped eating solids for 10 days and then they tested my Lipase and it was down to 42. I then tried everything under the sun to get the bleeding under control, including Chinese herbs. Last try was the Enzyme replacement therapy which almost killed me. I started taking the Colostrum on Monday and for the most part it is going well, it will take a long time to heal my gut. I am just praying that is is what I need to recover and be able to eat again. Last night my body dumped everything. Today I am back on clear liquids.

My wife had very bad sinus infection in her head while in the hospital. They put her on it an IV of antibiotics for 4 days when she got home. I had to continue the antibiotics by IV for six weeks. Then, she went on antibiotic pills foe3 weeks before she started taking a pill.So her stomach was starting to bother her a lot.After the pills she was in agony, I researched some colostrum, and the best one looked to be the SEELEV colostrum, so we ordered some. It hadn't come in 10 days. The company said they are waiting for the next batch to be made. It shouldn't be long. Well, about 10 days later, we received it. And my wife started taking it. Immediately within 3 days, she said she felt a little better in a week. She felt a lot better and after two weeks. She said, I'm pretty much back to normal in my stomach. Now this stuff is great. I researched it, and they are one of the better ones. It's a little expensive, but it's well worth it. I don't know what we would have done without it. I did mention to our doctor what we were doing getting colostrum. He said it was a good idea. But just make sure you've got no other problems going on. Like sicknesses or anything before you start taking the colostom. She didn't, so she started on it right away. We keep some in the cupboard now All the time
it comes in little packets. Each packet is a dose, and it's been great. I've taken it myself for a week. It didn't do too much for me. But then again, I'm not having problems, but it's going to be used for a while. And it will get used up, but I will probably get some more and keep it in the house As my wife is still pron to other stomach issuesi. She is paralyzed on her right side from a back operation 6 years ago. It's a brain aneurysm..And she has some stomach issues, Once and a while, this may be something that can help at those times also. But no matter what it saved our frickin' life.
