Failed to honour a renewal quote they sent me
Recieved a renewal quote by email with a link to renew. Link wouldnt work and couldnt renew via customer portal. Rang to renew - was told price had gone up and they wouldnt honour the quote i'd received. Was referred as a complaint and in the 3 days i waited for a response, my policy expired and they told me i couldnt renew and had to get a quote for a new policy which was £75 more! Eventually they honoured the 2nd renewal quote but not the original one they sent me. They claimed the email quote was an error on their part....which I paid for. Complaint escalated and ongoing.
