Website good, portal not so much
Website was easy to use but I tried to register for the portal and it wouldn't let me. Tried web chat to help - that wasn't helpful so gave us. Let's hope I never have to use it!

It was seamless really' i used a medical compare site which was recommended by money saving expert. and select and protect beat other competitors by quite a wide margin, when taking in consideration of the cover afforded and the price.
