Extremely disappointed with On the…
Extremely disappointed with On the Beach. I paid an extra £163 for private airport transfers, but the transfer never arrived, leaving us waiting over two hours before being put on a shuttle bus. To make matters worse, our return transfer was cancelled, forcing us to pay for a private taxi ourselves.
Before travelling, I specifically asked if all work at the hotel had been completed and was assured it had. This was completely untrue, with numerous ongoing issues throughout our stay.
After raising a formal complaint, On the Beach simply closed my case and offered a holiday voucher instead of refunding the money I lost for services they failed to provide. I don’t want a voucher—I want my money back. Customer service has been appalling, and I feel completely let down. I won’t be booking with On the Beach again.
