The trust and response is very refreshing to see nowadays. Love my blinds and will love my replacement. Thank you for who you are and I’m full of respect to you and your company.

I’m having an extremely frustrating experience with this company. I received a faulty item and what should have been a simple replacement turned into weeks of back and forth. I have to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates, and despite being told the replacement would be sent, it keeps getting delayed.
Instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was asked for additional photos and information long after the problem had already been clearly explained. I feel like I have to practically beg just to have the replacement shipped.
Customer service should make things right when something arrives defective, not drag the process out for weeks. This experience is disappointing and unnecessarily stressful, and it has definitely made me think twice about ordering from this company again.

I recieved a call about my online order to let me know there was a cheaper option available and they corrected my order and refunded the difference. They didn't have to do that. I would have never known. But it speaks volumes about their customer service and loyalty. I've since sent two other friends to purchase blinds and will be purchasing more in the coming weeks. Happy Customer!

The 24 hour window after ordering is so smart. As expected, we needed to revise the initial measurements. I called in and the gentlemen that took my call was super helpful. He asked that I stay on the phone until I received the modified order confirmation to ensure accuracy. The blinds came earlier than expected and were perfect! Highly recommended the easy hang system. Great purchase!

This company truly understands the value of amazing customer service. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The Roman Blind we ordered is beyond beautiful and makes the whole room look gorgeous.

The color of the blinds was very far off the website color. Does not really help to order a sample. But they don't accept returns for colors.

The blinds were delivered as expected and we were able to install them. However, one of the vertical slats does not hang properly. We tried the correction methods sent from the company but they did not work. The company is sending a new track. This means everything will need to be reinstalled. Through this process - the customer service has been excellent.

Ordering was easy and shipping as quick. My only hiccup is that I ordered a matching set of blinds with blackout liners, and one of them leaks light through the stitch holes and the other does not.

The item I ordered arrived without a hitch. It is working well and looks good in the room.

It was easy to order the blinds. They arrived as scheduled. They were easy to install. And they work nicely.

Ordered two different designs. Casual Cordless Blackout Cellulars came in quickly and while we haven't installed them we are hopeful they are fine as our second, single order shade was not. The Casual Room Darkening Roller Shades took a month to get delivered and never automatically retracted. Perhaps it wasn't suppose to but every roller shade I've had retracted. This one will go up but you have to lift it the whole way. We called customer service several times but they never seemed to understand the problem. We never heard back from the 'team' who was to review the video we took. My daughter even took over calling but to no avail. We gave up after a couple of weeks and feel we are stuck with a non retractable roler shade......

The blinds came quickly and the entire process was seamless!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have had nothing but problems with one of my blinds since receiving it. The customer service has been no help. They requested photos and video which I provided and then tell me I will get a response in 24-48 hours. This has been going on for weeks and no one has ever reached out to me. I follow up every couple days and every time I do they tell me I will have an answer tomorrow. I’m out of options with customers service. I would recommend not using this company based on my experience.

I have been ordering form Select Blinds for about 30 years. The fit as usual was exactly what I ordered. The mounting HW is getting easier and easier to install.

I ordered the blinds and they fit perfectly.

Everything is perfect, quality is high, it was easy to install. The measurements were precise.
