Fabulous service from Olivia at your Lincoln branch. I wanted a new iPad but wasn’t sure which one was the best for me. She patiently explained all the features of them and helped me make my decision. She went out of her way to ensure I knew how to set it up and was friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Massive shoutout to Lewis and James at the Apple Store (Select) in Derby—someone give these two a pay rise!
After a pretty poor experience elsewhere (O2) they completely restored my faith in customer service. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure every single issue was sorted before we left.
Despite the store being busy, we never felt rushed or like we were just another customer to get through. They were friendly, professional, and actually seemed to care about getting things right.
Honestly, if every store had a Lewis and James, life would be a lot easier. Outstanding service 👏

I had an expanded battery and I went to two different stores and they told me I would have to wait 5-7 days for my phone to be taken in and returned to me. On top of this, they said my screen would break as well. I am visiting from abroad, so this was a big issue, but Alex in the Galways store HELPED ME BIG TIME!! He changed my battery in less than an hour and did it without the screen breaking! Such a huge help, thank you SO SO SO MUCH!!! He was very helpful, gave our options quick, and what the next steps would be. Can’t thank him enough, he saved our trip!! Give this man a raise!!

Delivery of the device was perfectly efficient although some more information about how long it would take to arrive when it was arriving would have helped. I have also some support packages available though Select but there is no information at all about how I get them.

One was passwords which apply to my three devices. He is an expert in his fields.
I had not used my ipad for over a year and now I've got a much better understanding just before going on holiday, I absolutely recommend Johnny . He was so quick identifying problems and sorting them whilst giving me lots of advice and I now need to practise more.
