I went into the Merryhill shop with my daughter to ask about a problem with her new phone. Staff were polite however one member of staff, Delroy, stood out as being exceptionally helpful and knowledgable.

Why force parents to buy ANOTHER charger??
Think the compulsory purchase of a charger for €20 as part of a school iPad bundle is ridiculous, given all the chargers in households these days.

Even without having the products in…
Even without having the products in stock, they still appear on the website. Then you place an order, and they have to cancel it, leaving customers waiting for a refund. Such a mess.
