Not sure where confusion was but no idea how 2 people on a call had 2 diffrent opinions on what was going on.

I received 2 calls from your select…
I received 2 calls from your select quote agent Steve Brooker on 9/23 and 9/30 telling me I was approved and to call him back. I called 2 on the 23rd and 28th and left messages for the agent never returned my call. I also have not received my life insurance policy from Prudential, I did sign off on accepting the policy and am waiting to see the actual policy before I cancel my original policy. Not a very good experience.
