Did Selectquote Lie To Me?
A month ago, I called Selectquote about setting up Medicare part D. Three employees assured me that the plan I selected provided free medical transportation, which was the only reason I wanted the service.
Today I called them because I hadn't received any info. After being passed to 3 different people, despite informing the last guy 4 times that I already had their service, he tried to walk me through getting the service again.
He finally aknowleged that I had the service, but he said they do not provide free medical transportation.
Then why did three people assure me I had it? Since I have no paperwork, how do I verify anything? What else are they lying to me about?

Zach was the best
Zach was the best! Very efficient. The one thing to make it better would be to not transfer to different companies over and over. 3 times I was transferred to things I didn't want!! THAT was very annoying to say the least

I believe her name was Adeline help me feel like a human. But honestly it was close to 2 hours you get past from one person to another person to another person that's a little much if you want to know the truth. And I try to explain that I was in the middle of a move I was on a deadline I had a U-Haul and that really didn't seem to be an interest or concerned to them as much as getting me signed up was having a little bit of compassion for somebody and maybe giving him a call back he'd probably have more customers just saying. But the Galilei had and when she passed me off to Tyler those two made my day and third guy he needs to loosen up a little bit he's wound up a little tight. It says to be honest so here you go

I was never so frustrated in a long time. I first was connected with a really nice person , Walter, but he was not able to finish my interview so I was connected to , Terrence who repeated all the questions again. Oh before I was transferred I was disconnected and had to wait for someone else to pickup. Then transferred to Terrence. Terrence went through the same questions again and then went to transfer me to finish and I waited and waited, and waited. He tried small talk and I cut him short and said I had been waiting to finish 20 minutes and needed to be put through now. He was rude and I waited longer over all I was on the phone 2 hrs!
