Got everything I wanted done and more very happy with my Perl white teeth and hotel was nice greeted at the airport and very reasonably priced going bk in 4 months to have last 2 teeth done at bk once healed

Had a great experience getting my teeth done it was a hassle free from start to finish you don’t have to do anything as it’s all taken care off just have to turn up had a great time in Izmir hotels and the people are very nice and friendly it’s a great city to visit can’t recommend it so much to do and see. The team ate the clinic were great and so friendly and the process was so easy and I didn’t have any problems and a special thanks to mustafa for getting all sorted for me

The decision I made to fly to Turkey to have a new smile was the best decision I made. Dr. Selim, and his team (special highlight to Dr. Ramazan and Aynur) are very competent, professional, dedicated, and impeccable. Everything promised was fulfilled entirely from the treatment to the hotel and transfers.
The clinic is neat and very nice. The whole staff is always very friendly and supportive. They are the BEST! I highly recommend them!!!

Firstly I got in contact with Mustafa who has been nothing but a huge help throughout the whole process. Everything was taken care of, from logistics to treatment. I arrived on the Sunday evening and treatment for 22 teeth in total was finished on Thursday morning. Would highly recommend this business to anyone!

I did a lot of investigation and finally decided to go with Proestetik.
I had been a regular NHS dentist patient for 40+ years and recently been left with no dentist because they left the practice. I have had private dentist work done in the past to cover crowns that are not covered by the NHS.
40 yrs ago I have four crowns top front, recently two snapped off, one due to being drilled by a private dentist cost £1500 to fit a post and crown which then snapped again. I also had 4 more crowns in various places most of which had been done private, one had dropped off.
Having three teeth missing near the front and 5 already crowned I decided to look into getting thing sorted, made some enquiries and went with Proestetik. I asked loads of questions and went into some detail.
I flew to Izmir in september 23, there was a bit of confusion with the transfer and it was a late night arrival, but a local taxi driver outside arrivals rang the number we had and helped us out. Useful to know that its only £15 in a taxi from the airport to Izmir anyway.
I had the review on the first day and agreed the treatment price. The price was slightly more as I needed some extra treatment which was justified and acceptable.
Dr Pinar Nohut did all the fillings and root treatment, she was excellent, very patient, answered all my questions and i had very little discomfort. I had an issues with one of the root canals being difficult to locate but she persisted located it. After the initial treatment I had a flare up of an infection, which was like tooth ache, Dr Pinar retreated the tooth and assured would improve which it did within hours. Although I had a bit of bad luck with the flare up I think the treatment I got was excellent.
Dr Selim Bilgin then did all the work on my teeth to fit 27 zirconium crowns, he was excellent answered all my questions spoke good English and the results are very good. I have gone for B1 and natural shape so the teeth look very good but not false. I had no pain and very little discomfort, it took about a week to get used to the bite which is much better than it was before.
The teeth were checked and adjusted to make sure they fitted tight to the gum and correct bite, previously my bottom teeth angled back slightly this was corrected. Because I had a few bridges and a strong bite my crowns are at least two to spread the load which I discussed and agreed was acceptable. After being fitted I wasn’t happy with how one crown fitted to my gum, Proestetik have since removed it and refitted a new crown.
Transport to the clinic was arranged for us but it was a 20min walk to our hotel so we walked most of the time. We upgraded our package to stay at a 5 star hotel of our choice.
Both dentist and their assistants were excellent and spoke good English,
Mustafa Bircan is the patient representative, he speaks excellent English he answered the majority of my questions. Any queries I had were discussed on WhatsApp or in person at the clinic quickly and efficiently. I asked questions that I would never have asked in the UK and got acceptable answers.
People have commented how good my teeth look and I am very pleased with them, time will now be the judge but Proestetik have done an excellent Job.

My partner and I traveled here from Scotland after being recommended by our friend my partner John had top implants done in July and we have came back for them to be finished off and I must say we have been treated amazing from all the staff and the final result is top class we have dealt with mustafa the patient respresentative and nothing was to much trouble just helping us with everything start to finish so it’s a 5 star plus from us all the staff at the clinic was all so helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Nothing , they gave me a cracking set of new pearly whites , Salim and Co are absolute legends nothing is too much trouble excellent service from start to finish . I know people might have a bit of fear but these guys must be the best in Turkey and their prices are not too dear either.

This is truley the best dental clinic ever been to in my last 40 years.the staff and the dentists are the best you will ever find.also very nice on a personal level as i have been several times from england to see Dr Selim and he is now a good friend of mine.i smile every day and changed my life after 40 years of uk dentistry which is very poor in uk.i would 100% recommend this clinic as all staff are amazing.mustafa is the best at helping with hotels and transport.nothing is a problem for him.he is a great man.the nurses are so caring and gentle as well.all round cant fault at all.stuart moore

Do not fall for these scammers..!Didn't even get to the first appointment of my dental treatment.On the very first night of our arrival we had our bag with passports,money in cash etc. stolen from our hotel room(Kordon Cankaya) by a member of staff which quickly vanished.After that we had no help offered from other reception staff,they didn't even want to give us a number to call the police,cctv cameras were "surprisingly" not working at the time of the incident.Next day they out our belongings backin a bedside drawer,as we spent a night in another room,and blamed us for not looking properly(as if we wouldn't check the main drawer for something as important as passports),cancelled all my treatment and we were kicked out of the hotel too. Our consultant Miss Gamze was blaming us too after it was her and the team that took us into this hotel.So names to remember and be aware off are: Miss Gamze,Mustafa,Western health and Pro estetik-Later on we found out that Gamze is working with the hotel management too.Have never ever received worse customer service than this and been so humiliated before! So be very careful when coming across this company!!! They are taking the oppurtunity to use people who are not in their country,don't know their language and the people around.

Our (my wife and I) experience was fantastic. Dr Selim, his manager and his staff are very efficient, friendly and meticulous. My treatment (inserting of crown) was done under sedation therefore there was no discomfort. My wife who had teeth extraction also experienced no pain. The end result for my dental treatment was brilliant and I can smile with confidence.

The service at this clinic is exceptional very professional and clean . I don’t like visiting the dentist but my Doctor and nurse were so gentle and caring .Thank you Dr Ramazan and Nurse Aynur.

What impressed me the most was the prompt response from Mustafa I only had to send in some pictures and within a couple of hours I was given a comprehensive treatment plan with prices which never changed no hidden costs which was a relieve as no one likes to be surprised with an additional expense . I will most definitely recommend Pro Estetik Izmir Turkey to all my family and friends .

I had a fantastic experience with the Pro Estetik team! They are very skilled professionals who truly care about their patients. I came to the clinic because while I was traveling to attend my daughter's wedding, one of the veneers on my front teeth came off for the fourth time in three months. At first, I thought I would be lucky just to get it fixed, but once I met with the team, I decided to replace my 15-yeat-old veneers with zirconia crowns. I am SO glad I did! The team fit me into their schedule, and within a week, I had a beautiful new smile.
