Three times in the past 3 weeks not delivered
Three times in the past 3 weeks I’ve not received my order. I don’t know what’s going wrong at Amazon but it needs to be sorted. They’ve gone from one of the best to one of the worst. I live in Essex and used to get my deliveries from their hub in Ipswich, this changes recently to Basildon and now they keep making mistakes. I’ve been home each time and the day dropped off in letterbox but it’s not in my letterbox. I pay for Prime deliveries I’m now questioning whether I am wasting my money. I even uploaded a pic of my driveway and front door to my account via their customer services and it’s still gone wrong

I cancelled my Amazon seller account some time ago. I am still being charged for something I am not using. I have had no reply from Amazon for months now. Please could someone get in contact with me to close the account and issue refunds for the duration that I have not used your service!!!
Amazon Shipping UK - awful service, stay clear of them
Amazon Shipping all of a sudden seems to have taken over every single shipment, even from other companies. When I was notified of a delivery, I changed my plans to stay in not to miss it. Nobody came and rang the doorbell yet apparently delivery was attempted. The next day I receive a message saying that the shipment was successfully delivered. I wonder how because nobody rang my doorbell, nobody dropped off a card and no delivery in sight. The address was correct and is known. After a week of discussions, Amazon Shipping still doesn't give a damn that my data is now with a stranger. They have no geo location for the drop off, no photo taken and they refuse to go back to recollect and deliver to the correct address. On their website however they advertise about Customer Trust. Amazon isn't exactly new to this. I do wonder though if they have ever heard about breach of data protection !!! Clearly not !!
