Would give no stars as they are absolutely robbing you quote was 790 and surprise surprise when they come it’s £500 magically there’s nothing but problems with it

Contacted the company as did not want the hassle of selling privately. From the outset James who took my call was very friendly and professional. I got what I believe was a competitive quote, which I excepted. The pick up driver Lewis (AKA Wookiee). Arrived within the time slot that was agreed, contacted me prior to his arrival. He was again very professional and polite.
From start to finish it took around 40 minutes. Payment was instant before the bikes were removed from my property. I would recommend as their staff were very professional, friendly and respectful. From start to finish. Thank you

Hassle free and good communication.

There was no knocking down of price when collecting either.
Sad to see the bike go for less than I wanted but they took the sting out of it by making it an easy experience.

Pretty easy experience, they do check where they can save a few quid. They will try a silly offer but keep it real, if you're insulted send them away without being rude, they'll either meet with you or go, fine.
