I have had a very positive experience using Selzy so far. The platform is easy to use, even for someone who wants to move quickly and focus on execution rather than setup. Creating campaigns, editing templates, and managing subscribers feels smooth and intuitive.

They say everywhere on the website / facebook etc... that they have 24/7 support but it has happened to me many times that there is no one in the chat and I have to wait days for someone to answer me and help me with my problems...look now for example what message they give me in the chat:

I like that they don’t upsell you every five minutes like some other tools. It feels like an honest product. And it is simple.

I like that they have integration with HubSpot. When I created my first campaign, there were a few moments when I wasn’t sure how to do something, but not too many. The service is quite intuitive, and far more user-friendly than many other tools I’ve tried.

Good overall platform with fair pricing. I wish the reporting had a few more options, but for day-to-day campaigns it works well. It is a good to the more expensive tools out there.

I switched to SendGrid for two months and had the same issue there, even though it cost me twice as much and they wanted me to pay extra for a dedicated IP. So I dug deeper and found out my domain had ended up on Google’s spam list. I registered a new domain, started sending more carefully, and decided to try Selzy again. This time, nothing went to spam and everything just worked.
