I ordered the Lavish Luster flowers for my wife as a surprise gift. I have returned from working away to find the flowers are very disappointing and do not resemble the quality seen online.
The bouquet is a lot smaller than they look online and the flowers are wilting are of poor quality.
I’m really disappointed with the quality and embarrassed that I’ve send these to my wife.
Do Not buy from Send a Bloom!!!!!

I ordered flowers before I had read the reviews so I wasn't very optimistic. I may have been lucky but my order was great and delivered on time so many thanks.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! WOULD GIVE 0 IF I COULD.
My daughter and partner kindly sent me a bouquet, as a thank you gift. Very poor quality flowers. One rose was rotting! (None of the flowers fully bloomed, looked half dead) We have emailed customer services at least 7 times. 1 response initially, to say nothing wrong with flowers, just need to take off petals! Hard to do, on a rotting rose! Then, when my daughter asked for a replacement or refund no response at all, she emailed a couple of times again. I then emailed a number of times, still waiting for a response. I feel very a grieved that my daughter & partner have spent lot of money on me, when they are trying to save up for a deposit and the goods they purchased is not fit for purpose. Appalling service. The company should be investigated!

Just bought the group on deal of 52%off but there is only one set of carnations for around £40.00 the rest are £50 and £60. Disgraceful!!!! Wish I had read the other reviews first befor buying grouping deal. Susan

Flowers never delivered and no response to three emails. I have no idea why Groupon are promoting this service in their website. One star is too many and forty pound out of pocket.

Very disappointed with this company...Flowers arrived late despite giving them 4 days notice to deliver and the bunch was a quarter of the size advertised and totally different to what I ordered. Never again...waste of money!

It has been impossible to check if the flowers I ordered were actually delivered. No response from Send a bloom despite numerous requests. Looking at other recent reviews it appears that any flowers that were delivered were very poor quality Do not use this company.

The 50% off promotion they tout is a complete scam. Don’t fall for it like I did. I ordered a £45 bouquet and the flowers my mum received were not worth £10 let alone £45!! No response to my email either which is really disappointing too. But at least my mum received SOMETHING unlike many other customers who have left reviews here.

Ordered flowers from their website and expectation was not met. The flowers I received were very poor and nothing like the promotional photo. Tried contacting them several times, but no reply. Do NOT use this company. Buy from local supermarket instead.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery, they weren’t delivered, there is no contact number on their website. I ordered two bouquets on the same day. No notification, no email response, nothing.

Avoid and save your money!

One star is to much I also bought a voucher from Groupon my £26 bouquet of flowers are herendas and a £6 bunch from a supermarket are a better option I emailed the company with pictures quite a few times no response

Nothing delivered on delivery date, no notification why, now 3 days later and nothing. I have emailed them and nothing. Why is Groupon promoting ? I wish I had seen these TERRIBLE REVIEWS! In future I will be MUCH more careful ! I think I have been scammed

I ordered it over a week ago to ensure it was delivered on time.

Yesterday was told they don't have the flowers I paid for

Today I am told hope for the best as date of delivery is not guaranteed.

I am told any on line florist it is the same. I said Interflora always deliver on thew date.

I am informed thats because they do hand delivery and read the small print.

I can only hold thumbs

There is a very deep and personal reason this needs to be on time but not to worry as long as they follow their terms and conditions nothing else is important.

4.4 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date you acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full.

Yesterday they did not have pink roses.

20/2/23 ordered flowers for mother's Day.
They have not been received.
There are not phone numbers, twitter links, Facebook links, or online chat options to make contact.
Only an email address is provided for contact.
I have emailed three times with no response and a month has past.

First of all, this company's website invites you to log in, but doesn't seem to allow you to register, so that's already quite odd.

Second: I ordered flowers for a certain location, next day delivery. It said I'd be contacted with tracking information. I wasn't.

I emailed them to ask if the flowers had been delivered. They haven't replied.

If they want you to call them, they've certainly hidden the means of doing so.

I'm really angry about this. Avoid these people.

Truly awful company. Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and they arrived brown or dead.

When questioned to ‘customer service’ they were as helpful as their flowers are good. Terrible flowers terrible company. AVOID!!!

Ordered a bunch of flowers a week before mother's day...never to be seen!
