DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering. I picked them because they offered same day delivery. I ordered and then they updated me saying they actually wouldn’t be able to do the delivery same-day. After a short while I realized there was no spot while ordering to enter my recipient’s address. I tried texting and emailing them back (the methods they were contacting me) and no one answered. I called them and asked them to confirm the delivery address and they just pulled my Shop.App information for myself and were delivering the flowers there. When I told them I need them to go somewhere else, they told me the address doesn’t show up for them. I told them I need to cancel but all they can offer is a store credit, which I won’t be using. After I hung up the phone, I got a text from Purolator saying my flowers have shipped from a town an hour and a half away from me, scheduled for overnight shipping. If these flowers are sitting inside a Purolator truck for 24 hours in minus 30 degrees Celsius weather I’m sure they will be dead.

I spent almost 300$ buying flowers for multiple people, when they arrived they were so extremely different to what I had ordered online a week before they arrived, and where even in the wrong size. I specifically got bouquets with lillies and all I got were some cheap roses. I contacted them aswell and they have yet to answer back. Extremely disapointing experience, do not buy from this store.

Was terrible. The customer service was horrible and just put me on hold randomly, just to transfer to someone else to put me on hold. They have no care to reply to emails, they refuse to refund a order that wasn't fulfilled, and they offered a giftcard that doesn't work and won't reply to any communication. They're scammers, rip you off, won't refund and won't communicate. I wouldn't recommend anyone to these guys even if their the last company open. Total scam, terrible service, and I'm now having to bite the bullet and not get what I paid for nor a refund. Worst experience I've ever had, with literally any company I've ever dealt with ever. Stay far away unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Don't use this company. I wish I had of seen the reviews before I ordered!!!!!!!! I ordered a medium-sized bouquet - multiple flower types and many colors. I got what looked like CHEAP grocery store flowers thrown in a mason jar. It also looked like red valentines flowers - daisies and 3 roses. Embarassing to send to someone!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible scam, no refund just awful so disappointed

NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. The bouquet I ordered for valentines (paid extra money for the largest size also) was DISGUSTING! Nothing like the pictures they advertise and no where close to being acceptable. The flowers were terrible quality and there wasn't even enough in there to actually call it a bouquet. Here is what a $80 bouquet looks like from them.

I ordered more than early enough for same day delivery, but received a message saying I would receive only next day delivery with an unspecified "upgrade".

I ordered a dozen lavender roses for just under $100.

Pink roses were delivered.

They will not send what was actually ordered.

legit gave a completely incorrect order from a company called bloomex. clearly this company just buys from another company and ships it out to you, keeping a hefty “service fee” for themselves and their profits. never buy from this company ever.

This is the worst online flower delivery. Do not even attempt to buy in here or you’ll ruin your special day. I hope they close sooner.

SCAM ALERT!!!!Well I really wish I had done my homework before using this service. What a joke. Ordered a small snapdragon bouquet. What was delivered was so far removed from being snapdragons it would make your head spin. Any real florist who takes pride in thier business would at least offer some kind of refund or correction when they make a mistake. The quality of the delivered product looked as if it was put together by a toddler picking flowers on the edge of the street. Any real florist would understand stem length and combinations of colors etc far better than this company. Don't waste your money, time, effort or otherwise this company clearly just optimized SEO and is capitalizing on everyone's good intentions. Give your head shake. Looking for a way to report these absolute thieves to the shopify.

Honestly nothing good to say. The flowers look NOTHING like the picture on their website. Its so much smaller even if i picked the big bouquets that cost 60$. Save your money & absolutely do not buy there.

I ordered a bouquet for my boss. I shopped for a long time to find something specific.
I chose a bouquet specifically with eucalyptus!!!
NOT ONLY WAS THERE NO EUCALYPTUS, BUT THE FLOWERS WERE CRUSHED.
NO, I DO NOT HAVE PHOTOS. I AM TOO EMBARRASSED TO ASK MY BOSS TO SEND ME A PHOTO.
I WILL JUST LET LIFE TAKE ITS COURSE, HOPEFULLY your buisness won’t fraud other people

Extremely poor customer service
Order of $500 + put at night . The app didn’t record the delivery address after entering 3x and defaulted to billing address . The customer service can’t change it after order received . SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY & avoid this company . My sincere advise .

Terrible website; tried contacting them about a refund and they’d just hang up. You’re better off disputing with your bank

Ordered a large expensive bouquet but received a super small completely different one. Scam.

Scammers!!! Liars!!! I don’t think there is even a business. They disguise in two companies but they’re the same people. Send bloom and bloomex are the same people and you pay but there is no delivery. I called and the customer service is a joke. The girls changes her voice and pretends to be different people. Watch out and be careful!

What I received was 100% different from what I ordered. Not a slight variation. Not a reasonable substitution. A completely different product with a totally different style, colors, and overall feel. If what was delivered had been shown on the website, I would not have paid a single dollar for it.

What is truly shocking is that I was never informed that the arrangement I ordered was unavailable. The company simply took my money and decided on my behalf to send something else, assuming I would just accept it. That is not how ethical or human businesses operate.

The most alarming part: the company claims this is covered by a “substitution policy,” yet this policy is not disclosed anywhere during the ordering process - and after searching their website, it does not appear to be written or accessible at all.

If customers must receive something entirely different from what they ordered, that must be clearly stated upfront. Otherwise, the product pages are misleading. What is the point of showcasing specific arrangements if the customer has no assurance they will receive anything close to what is advertised?

I would never trust this company again, nor would I ever place another order knowing this is how they operate.

Flowers are often purchased for emotional, meaningful moments. This company shows zero respect for that, or for their customers. I am leaving this review to warn others: what you order may not be what you receive, you won’t be warned in advance, and they believe this is acceptable.

was not delivered on requested date / occasion which was a saturday. When I called to enquire, they told me that their courrier did not deliver to this location before....what a spoiled surprise !!! they offered to add a box of cookies. Instead, the customer received a bar of black chocolate....what a cheap compensation. Will not buy from there anymore and will not recommend it for sure.

Absolute scam. The picture online was sooooooo far off. They sent garbage. When they were made aware, they were unapologetic. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You can get a better arrangement at a grocery store...instacart will deliver. I wish I could upload photos.

I paid for a large flower arrangement and the difference between the picture on the website and what was delivered was shocking, worse than even the picture of the small flower arrangement. I feel compelling duped but worse the recipient of my flowers has received a poor and tiny bouquet rather than the large expression of appreciation she was supposed to receive.
