Responsive service, funds arrived same day

Bradon at Sendpayments dealt with me in a very helpful manner. He was very patient with me, guiding me through each step of the process. I couldn't speak more highly of him.

I highly recommend Send Payments. They have excellent customer service. Their workers have strong interpersonal skills and integrity in their interactions. They understand that patrons may be anxious when transferring large sums of money overseas. They take their time to explain the process and answer any questions. They are easily accessible. If they are on the line when you ring, they ring back within 5 minutes. I moved overseas and all of the relocation companies I spoke with used Send Payments. Each time I use this service, I feel re-assured my transfer will arrive safely.

After being totally and utterly mucked around by Wise I found my way to Send for the same transfer and to say the difference was amazingly positive would be an understatement re my recent money transfer overseas. Wise were time-wastingly incompetent and discourteous and unprofessional, whilst Send were courteous, efficient and professional. There was a stark difference between providers and what they offer and I'd recommend Send every time now on (and Wise never).

I recently transfer my property sale proceeds from Australia to the US. The white-glove account management and communication has been excellent and provided peace of mind especially when transferring a large sum. They handled all of the compliance, and provided a better rate than other common transfer services that don't have human account managers. Highly recommended!

The money transfer process presented some difficulties with my own Bank - its concern being the process involved. I understood its concern but the support and patience from Leah (at Send), to resolve the issue was exceptional. With Leah’s help the process was successful, and at a far better exchange rate than my own Bank offered.

I had to transfer money to various parties overseas, and doing it through my bank was time consuming and complicating due to the difficulties with printing their telegraphic transfer forms, and going through different departments. I switched to Send, and Ollie McGrath was professional, efficient and transfers were pretty painless. Besides, it is a free service. Saving $25 in bank fees is not a deal breaker, but it is a nice touch.

My experience with my money manager lasted quite I while, this was due to my being hesitant in arranging the transfer of my moneys. Being a single lady making such important finnancial decisions on my own is quite scary. Throughout this time, I was treated with patience and understanding, I cannot criticize him negatively, I felt at ease and confident and accomplished my transferred without a hitch. Thank you SEND.

We used Ollie McGrath very recently to assist us with transferring the money from the sale of our house in Australia to New Zealand and he did a fantastic job! Having Ollie as my personal account manager has been fabulous. He is just brilliant and has made transferring money overseas an absolute breeze. I was a little unsure to begin with and he has been so helpful. His communication at every stage is excellent. I cannot recommend Ollie and SEND highly enough.

I enjoyed having a real person to deal with rather than doing things online as I was totally inexperienced in doing international money transfers. Bradon was terrific in helping me as I acted as executor for two Wills which left money to several people in Europe. Having agreed on the exchange rate for my deal I then transferred the money to the Send holding account and it was promptly on its way to my recipients. Typically they confirmed receipt of the funds 10-12 hours after I had paid the money to SEND. I have done 12 quite large transaction over the last 2 years, most recently yesterday, and it has worked like this each time. Based on my experience, I thoroughly recommend SEND.
