We cannot express loudly enough how great the service was using TorFX for all our money exchange from small to very large amounts.
Our personal manager, Mark Jackson Dooley was simply the best. His superb people skills and hand holding throughout this most difficult and terrifying time for my husband and I who left our homeland in our 70's to immigrate to WA. Mark went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and even got the banks to make sure funds were showing up same day in our Aussie bank. Settlement day for the purchase of our home went without a hitch. Communication was brilliant and in Mark's absence the rest of the team at TorFX followed through reassured and completed. Our greatest fears were put to rest and we would have no hesitation in continuing to use or recommend TorFX
Mark and the team to anyone who needs to use this type of service.

This was a quick and well-informed transition of cash. The Scam protection part was great.

Moving money is always a little stressful, but Torfx (and my allocated agent) helped ease the process. Their online portal makes the process of setting up payment from overseas bank account, and confirming recipient details straightforward. I was also encouraged to do a test amount first (200 AUD) so I could see how the process worked. There was also regular communication as the money moves through the process.

Great customer service and easy transfers

I was nervous at the beginning, so I sent a small test amount, that gave me the confidence to complete my transfer. Daisy practically held my hand from beginning to end, she was amazing!

I was a bit skeptical about using a money transfer company but once i did some research i decided that i will go with torfx and i wasnt disappointed

The customer service was strong throughout. The team was responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. I transferred a significant amount after selling my house, and the process felt safe and well managed. The funds arrived quickly, which was reassuring given the size of the transaction, and the whole process was largely stress free.
That said, there were a few downsides. They are quite persistent with emails and calls to secure your business. Even after I clearly told them the date I planned to transfer, I continued to receive calls and emails whenever the exchange rate changed. Some people might appreciate that, but it can also feel a bit excessive.
The main issue for me was around the exchange rate. During their calls, they consistently quoted rates that were better than Wise and Revolut. However, when it came time to actually transfer the money, the final rate offered was lower than both. I raised this with the customer service representative, pointing out the discrepancy. To their credit, they acknowledged it and matched the rate with Wise and Revolut.
Still, I couldn’t help but think that someone less experienced might not question it and could end up accepting a less favourable rate.
In summary, the transfer itself was smooth, quick, and secure, and the customer service was good. The only real hiccup was the inconsistency in rates and the persistent follow ups.

I recently needed to transfer funds from Australia to the UK and used torfx to achieve this. I was anxious about this process especially as it was the first time sending money to a new recipient. Both Phoebe and Lachlan were very professional, kind and happy to answer my questions and assist with this process. I will be very happy to use torfx for my future overseas transactions

The TorFX consultant, Craig, was extremely accommodating in executing my transactions. All went through in the time anticipated.

Real pleasure working with Yohan, right from my first enquire to the finish of transferring funds . It was a huge amount I had to transfer( well for me anyway ) he explained the process at the start , locking in a good rate & it went smooth as just as he said it would . Definitely recommend & will be using them again in the future.

It was nice to have a personal phone contact, everything was well explained and it went very smoothly.
