Very dark company.
The company practice dark patterns with intention, their terms-of-services clearly states that when cancelling a subscription the access remains. However, they remove linkedin connection, access to campaigns and essentially make the service useless.
This is at the edge of what is legal, and I assume this will eventually come to light.
I will never come back,due to complete lack of moral and ethics.
Really bad customer service, even when trying to purchase.
I received an email with a special offer which I was trying to take up - after two emails asking about the offer and no response, I took it as a blessing after reading the lack of support paying subscribers were receiving
App is not working at all. lead extraction errors and the campaigns are not being sent. Support takes multiple days to respond (not fix the issue, its still unresolved)
Since April 25, SendPilot’s campaign suddenly stopped working. I tried restarting and redoing it multiple times, but the issue has not improved.
Since May 1, I have contacted support several times through chat, but no one has responded or helped me.
Even though I paid for one month of service, I have not received the service that matches the amount I paid. I have not received a refund either, and no staff member is responding to me.
I have saved and documented all communication history, screenshots, images, and videos.
What should I do?
Bought a lifetime account!
They have discontinued their automation service, which was the only reason anyone would have bought their service!
Now its only a scheduling service, with only 4 social media options :( Tons of better and free alternates available. What a waste of money
not to mention that their service is useless
but they cost losing so much time replacing my card
after that, I had an issue seen my bank statement
showed charges i couldn't know the source of it
my bank did a chargeback and canceled my card
only to get contacted by the website owner on email...
the website had bugs and didn't cancel the subs

Sorry to hear this, but it is not correct. There was no reason for you to cancel your card - the charge on your bill was refunded by customer service and we did everything we could to help you. I apologise for the inconvenience but you taking actions with your bank with regards to your card and not recognising charges you signed up for shouldn't warrant a 1 star review.
