Reliable, trustworthy, delivery arrived on the date/time given, balloons are beautiful, super high quality and have lasted almost 2 months and I’ve only blown in to them twice in these 2 months with the given straw. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I love the design and I love how fast they deliver to my door , the balloons last a long time up I bought the balloons for Christmas they arrived 13th December and they are still up now in my house . I would recommend send them balloons as they do high quality balloons and gifts 🎁

The balloons arrived on time with good tracking information provided. The box was a little squished, but it was a very big box without anything firm inside to give structure, so not unexpected or unreasonable, and the balloons were fine. They were properly inflated and show no sign of going down at time of writing 10 days after receipt. They are beautiful, the cup cakes chosen as a free additional gift were delicious, if we could buy these separately we probably would, much nicer than anything we've bought from any supermarket. This is the second time we've used this service and will use again if we want to send balloons.

The balloon was great and arrived on time. The free chocolate bar was just an unwrapped galaxy bar with scribbled writing on the underside of it. It was taped to the underside of one of the flaps in the box so if i had got it delivered straight to my friend she would not have realised it was there. It was in a clear plastic bag but taped to the box using brown tape which then stuck to the chocolate package. There was no way i was giving this to my friend as it was for her 40th! Good job it was free as it went straight in the bin!

Really impressed, the balloons were much bigger than I thought and the recipient loved them. Would definitely use again.

We were pleased with the actual balloons but overall felt a bit disappointed especially with how much we spent. We received the email notification that the order had been sent a day after it had arrived. We also never received the DPD notification which should have given us an hour window of when it would be delivered so spent all day worrying it wouldn't arrive. This also meant I had to go out and buy some back up balloons just in case it didn't arrive so had to waste money and time. Luckily it came and the driver left it with a neighbour but we could have missed it (if we had known when it was coming we would have made sure someone was in) and shouldn't have had to waste money (especially when we had paid nearly £9 for selected delivery on top of the price of balloons) and worry about it all day.
I was expecting the box it came in to look nicer as well but it was just a large normal box, the tissue paper didn't fill the bottom of the box it was just stuck to the weight and there was no confetti. Also one of the balloons hadn't been inflated properly (it does say sometimes due to cold conditions they deflate but then reinflate once warmed up.. it didn't) so had to cut 1 of them off. The free cake was nice.

My husband was thrilled with his unusual card (balloons). Said he had had to wait 76 years to get something like this. Much better than a birthday card.

Purchased 4 balloons of which one was popped. Balloons lasted well over a week

Excellent communication, delivery and package. Only one tiny fault, the description says the balloon bouquets come with weights (plural) and the picture shows 3 star shaped weights. The "one" actual weight that came with the 5 balloon bouquet I ordered was a small round pink non decorative weight, we had to go out and buy more weights which defeated the object of ordering online. This would not stop me ordering from them again, but would get in touch to clarify the weight issue before ordering.

Unfortunately, my experience of this service was very poor. I ordered a get well soon balloon to be sent to a friend's daughter who was undergoing major surgery in hospital, this was a very stressful time and I found out that the courier who was meant to deliver the balloon to the ward (as stipulated on the address) simply dumped the boxed balloon outside the hospital gift shop and left - they clearly didn't care whether the gift was delivered or not and just abandoned it!! I then receive a call from the hospital gift shop who have found the box with my contact information on and inform me of what has happened. Thankfully, they wanted to help locate the patient and help me to deliver the gift! Only through their patience and kindness was I able to get the gift delivered to my friend's daughter. It was very stressful and unnecessary, my main concern that day was the little girl in surgery, NOT your courier service! Given that I'm sure lots of your products get delivered to patients in hospitals, I think you need to insure you couriers are given instruction on how to better deliver gifts!!!!

The balloons turned up on time, nicely boxed up and we were really happy with them.

My daughter just had a baby boy the balloons were massive, and came with free cupcakes. They lasted for weeks, and the prices were really good. Would definitely recomend useing them again.
