Received balloon as advertised and in time. But Courier Company delivered to neighbour without even attempting to deliver us, where we were waiting. Driver did not came at our address, driver straight went to neighbours and delivered. I collected as soon as I received Text message. Moreover, there was no easy way to report to Courier Company of this problem, therefore adding in the review.

I ordered a 5 and a 0 for my partners birthday as a surprise with free cake.
The balloons came on time and fully inflated but the 5 drooped quicker than the zero.
The box was delivered upside down which didn’t really matter but the cake inside had shifted so the icing had stuck to the box.
Overall was happy with the balloons though.

I was very unsure about this purchase as the address I was intending to send it to was an obscure one in the countryside. However, the driver had no issues with finding the address, and the bouquet I ordered was lovely. My cousin who’s birthday it was, thought it was a really thoughtful idea and he really enjoyed the doughnuts that I opted for as well. Compared to other balloon delivery sites, this was a really reasonable price and came with freshly baked goods... what more could you want? I will definitely be using this service again!

Our Grandson had been poorly in hospital and we were unable to visit and once he was home I wanted to let him know we were thinking about him. He was so happy to receive the balloons and cup cakes, although he didn't understand why he had balloons when it wasn't his birthday!!! (He is only four!!) Thank you for cheering him up!!

Ordered the big 4 helium balloon for my sons biethday. It’s lovely and big! It still inflated more than a week after it arriving. It was a real treat for him and he loves the enormous boxing it arrives in too!

Very pleased with the order of a balloon. Arrived on valentines day. However, it said a free gift would be in the box. On the android app i used, there was a link to gifts but i couldn't select which one so i assumed one would be included depending on availability. Balloon arrived, no gift of any kind ie chocs, or cakes. Think the app may need to be looked at to enable us to take advantage of the free gift offer.

Nice balloons in terms of colours and quality. Impressive when opened. Shame one of them was a bit deflated. Also annoying that they were sent to a depot (recipient wasn't home) instead of being left with a neighbour. Recipient had to go and collect them. Not what you'd want from a 'suprise' gift.
