Don’t do it .. JUST DON’T DO IT!
Don’t do it. We thought it was a good idea… read the fine print.. the print that even stated if there is forecasted rain you will receive a reimbursement. Nope not even with proof, screen shots, and forecasts. They take your money and no amount of emails will help get a smidge of your money back. What a waste of time, effort and money. Good example it rained all day this past Saturday… even in the forecast saying as such and we received an email stating doesn’t look favorable for a refund but they will keep watch. No they don’t. It rained all day.. stayed in our camper and listened to it and did I receive payment you ask? Nope nothing zilch! Keep your money this place will do nothing but rip you off and never email you back!

It was so easy
It was so easy! I didn’t have to do anything. They sent me emails every day. When we did have an afternoon storm, I got an email saying that I qualified for a rebate/refund they just had me verify my refund account and started the process. The money was in my account before we even finished vacation. Definitely worth the cost.

Using this is just to scam people out…
Using this is just to scam people out of money.. the expectations they have for rainfall in unrealistic and even when you hit over the totals for 5 hours straight they don’t give you anything back.. so must be too much rain at that point for a refund.. had hit rainfall totals for the 4+ hours 5 out of 9 days during our trip and got zero refunds from them with no reason as to why that day wasn’t covered and when asked they did everything they could to avoid an answer.
