You entered my wrong address on the Fed-x package printing label. My address is unit 9-18. You entered 9-19. I was not home at the time otherwise I would have seen the delivery truck and flagged him down. When I received an email from Fed-x saying I refused the package,I knew right away they were delivering to the wrong address. I immediately called Fed-x but in the end they wouldn't help me as they said the wrong address is printed on the label and the good need to be sent back to the supplier and I need to reorder the goods and talk to septic solutions. I drove all over town for 60 min. till I saw the Fed-x truck. Flagged him down to stop so I could get the goods. Other than that the whole ordering g process would have been great.
