I am 2 weeks post op from a breast augmentation. After years and years wanting this doing I done so much research UK & abroad and I am sooo happy I found Serene Cosmetics. I went to Istanbul for my surgery and from the start of messaging Serene Cosmetics on Insta I was given Megan as my dictated coordinator who answered every single question no problem at all and was so informative with everything I asked or spoke to her about! Even though I wanted it doing for years I was still a little nervous/ scared but she put me at ease. We had all our transfers included from airport to hotel, hotel to hospital and back again to recover in hotel once discharged from hospital. This was all sorted by Serene and their team aswell as our accommodation. When landing in Istanbul I also had a dedicated coordinator who was Yagmur. Again very informative and calmed me down when I felt nervous before the op. Overall my experience with Serene is 10/10 and since coming home I have recommended them to all my girlie's! Dr Omer was my surgeon and WOW he done an amazing job and I am over the moon with my results!! Since coming home Megan has still continued to check in and make sure all is ok back home with my recovery. Thank you so much to Serene Cosmetics and their team!! X

I have been with Serene Cosmetic for most of my cosmetic procedures abroad, and I fully trust them to pair me with the best surgeons possible.

After my last surgery in the UK, I experienced several problems with my breasts. I turned to Serene because I knew the team would help me get everything sorted. They found me the perfect surgeon, who successfully corrected the issues I was having.

I also had a lower facelift and couldn’t be happier with my results. From start to finish, Serene was there to support me every step of the way, answering any questions I had and providing reassurance throughout the entire process.

Lois is an absolute angel and made me feel at ease the whole time. I was picked up from the airport and taken to a gorgeous hotel, and all the staff who transported me to and from my hospital appointments were so lovely. They really made my experience as comfortable as possible.

I think it’s so important to have a company like Serene fully supporting you during your surgery journey. Any worries or concerns I had were always addressed, and I felt looked after from beginning to end.

I can’t recommend them highly enough

I was surprised to see so few negative reviews for this clinic, which is why I felt it was important to share my experience. Before booking, everything appeared professional, luxurious and reassuring.

What disappointed me most was the huge difference between the image presented online and the reality I experienced. The clinic is heavily promoted by celebrities and influencers, and from the outside it appears that everyone receives the same high level of care. However, that was not my experience. The social media content creates an impression of luxury, personal attention and exceptional support, but I found the reality very different.

The entire process felt extremely commercial. Within hours of arriving at the villa, I was taken to make payment. Rather than feeling like a patient receiving medical care, I felt like a customer being processed through a business focused on collecting money.

One of the most distressing parts of my experience happened before surgery. I was taken downstairs and left alone in a waiting area for around 40 minutes. I was terrified and becoming increasingly anxious. There were no nurses around and I was genuinely close to abandoning the procedure and walking out. Just as I was about to get up and leave, somebody arrived and took me into the theatre area. Being left alone at such a vulnerable moment was incredibly upsetting.

When I woke up from surgery, I was in extreme pain. I was crying, repeatedly asking for help and pain relief, and felt completely overwhelmed. If my friend had not advocated for me, I genuinely do not know what would have happened. At the time, I honestly thought I was going to die.

My recovery was far more serious than I had expected. I required two blood transfusions following surgery. There seemed to be numerous different nurses involved and I often felt that nobody fully knew what was going on or had a complete understanding of my situation. This only added to my fear and anxiety during an already traumatic experience.

I was also concerned by how quickly I was discharged. Despite everything that had happened, it felt very much like a “get in, get out” process. During the journey back to the villa, my dressings became heavily soaked with blood and my stitches were bleeding through, which was extremely distressing. Rather than feeling properly monitored and cared for, I felt rushed through the system.

The villa itself was acceptable, but even there the focus seemed to be on processing patients rather than providing genuine aftercare and support. From the moment I arrived, the emphasis appeared to be on payments and moving people through the process as quickly as possible.

Overall, my experience did not match the luxury, personalised service that is advertised. Behind the polished social media marketing and celebrity endorsements, I found an experience that felt rushed, impersonal and far more focused on image and payment than patient care.

This was one of the biggest decisions of my life, and I expected far better communication, support and professionalism. Please do your research carefully before booking. This was an extremely frightening experience for me, and one that I would never want anyone else to go through.

I had surgery with serene cosmetic clinic and to say I’m extremely pleased with my outcome is second to none from the moment I stepped off the plane the girls were always in contact with me reassuring me and making sure everything was plain sailing I wouldn’t and couldn’t recommend anyone else 5 star treatment

So supportive & on hand to help with any questions from booking throughout, can’t recommend them enough!! I went 3 weeks ago for facial surgery and already the results are looking amazing, thank you thank you thank you Xx

From start to finish whole process was amazing so glad we chose to go with serene cosmetics would definitely recommend this company.

Had combined surgery with serene both rhinoplasty and breast lift & implants and I have felt so supported and looked after the whole time. I am amazed with my results and the level of care by everyone in the team and all of the doctors and nurses. I can’t recommend enough and if I chose to get surgery in the future will be returning to serene. 🥹🫶🏼💜

I have never used this company nor been in contact with anyone from it but noticed I have been blocked by serene cosmetic via instagram!
This behaviour speaks jealousy and red flags!
Especially when they are dealing with providing people with surgery abroad!
I would hate to think who they would send you to if they don’t like the look of you! Please be cautious of Lois Serene and her company!

I’m speechless at how organised, punctual and amazing serene cosmetics are!! From start to finish including post op , Megan has been a gem in coordinating, supporting and making the process easy and less daunting. Rhinoplasty with Dr Sinan has been the best I could have asked for, he truly is a miracle surgeon! All the members in the team Megan, Esra, Yagmur reply so quickly all the time and never leave you confused. I have had the best experience here and will never fail to recommend this place to everyone when booking to fly abroad for procedures. Not a single regret!! <3 thank you to the brilliant team x

Can’t recommend serene clinic enough. They have been amazing from the start. They are always there checking in on you all the way through your journey. They made my experience much more easier. I am absolutely delighted with my results and can’t thank serene clinic enough anyone needed any kind of cosmetic surgery I highly recommend they are with u every step of the way xx

For the longest time I wanted a breast reduction but, the cost was too much for me ever to afford in the UK and the idea of going over to Turkey always frightened me as I feel as so it’s such a big taboo subject however, after a friend recommended Serene to me I decided to go ahead to some research and get booked in and now after being two weeks postop I can happily say it was the best decision I ever made! I’ll be completely honest, there was a bit of miscommunication with the transfers when we arrived however was sorted very quickly and from then the service that we had was amazing! My coordinator is Megan and Martha were always so polite and informing the whole way through! Of course when we went out there was the war in Iran going on which of course put us in an uneasy situation however we were kept updated the whole time on the situation and to be honest I felt very safe! Dr Omar did an incredible job, I’ve gone from a very uncomfortable 34H to an amazing 32D (I think) and I am just completely shocked with how well I’ve recovered, how neat all of the incisions are and for me how pain-free it was! The nurses in the hospital were also so lovely, of course there was some challenges with the language barrier but I think if you’re going abroad for surgery then that’s something you need to be prepared for and just to make sure you’ve got a translator on your phone as that helps so much! The level of care I received was the best I’ve ever received, not to knock the NHS but, even private care through the NHS isn’t is caring as it was out here! I’ll truly forever be grateful! I can see that have been some bad reviews from last year when they were partnered up with comfort zone now, obviously I can’t speak on experience from that however, I can happily say that the Cygnus Clinic that they now are with are amazing!!

I am 4 weeks post a breast reduction and lift procedure. I cannot fault Serene or Cygnus Clinic they were professional at all times and showed genuine care. Services and facilities were suitable for purpose. I would not hesitate to recommend Serene or Lois, they make travelling abroad for surgery a lot less stressful. I am also very pleased with the outcome of my surgery.

They were amazing from start to finish always there to help and guide, its my second time with serene and will be returning a million percent, megan has been amazing , my hotel was fab and my surgeon was just the best

From start to finish Serene have been amazing! Absolutely 5* service & support, Megan, Elizabeth and the team made the whole process simple. The accommodation and transfers were 5*. Going to turkey on my own seemed quite daunting but I couldn’t have felt more supported! Would absolutely recommend 🙂

I had a great experience with Serene, they were so helpful and happy to answer any questions I had big or small. I would say that anyone considering having an operation abroad that it can be daunting but the surgeons serene work with are brilliant and know their stuff. If I was to have any surgery in the future I would use Serene again thanks x

I went to Serene back in 2024, I didn’t have the best experience after with my surgery but Megan worked closely with me for the 2 years and worked hard to get me the correct revision surgery, and after this one that I’ve just had in Feb 2026 I cannot complain, everything so far has been so good, and I’ve been looked after so well that it actually beat any expectations and I’m over all very happy, I am now 2 weeks post op and I cannot wait to see final results.
