Great service, super fast delivery.

Excellent communication, there was a small hold up in postal services, the company did their best as it was out of their control, and kept me informed

I placed an order I think it was on the Wednesday. I later received an email giving a delivery date of the following Monday. The item did not arrive, I was told that the item was out of stock. When I asked for a refund, I was told it could not be processed till the following week.
Working back the first issue I have is
I find it hard to understand how a girl being off work cripples your ability to process financial transactions, I take it you are still able to process incoming orders.
Second issue is why did you send a conformation email which contained a delivery date as well as the information that the item was out of stock.
Finally whatever the reason for that was why did you not send an email to that effect instead of leaving me to be disappointed on the Monday

The fishing lures I ordered from this store are exceptional. They arrived quickly, and their realistic designs have proven irresistible to various fish species.

I was looking for a 5 wt fly rod and on trawling the internet came upon your advert including a Greys GT40. After some price comparisons it was apparent your price was some £20 less than anything else I could find.
I placed the order about 7 pm wednesday evening, it was acknowledged on Thursday morning and the rod arrived from Northern Ireland just after lunch on friday.

I bought the waist waders but they are tight at the knee when bending down. The next size up would be too big.

Great service, greys GR40 9ft #5 fly rod good but section alignment dots don’t match up on the handle section. Medium action just what I wanted to protect fine tippets, didn’t want a fast action stiff rod. Delivery was very quick.

Especially if you're. Being specific in your needs. Most fly Fisher's are after Atlantic salmon and all the fly shops gear to 7+ weight fly gear.
