Customer service, prompt delivery.
Product fulfils my needs, particularly helpful as I have macular disease.
Can certainly recommend the company.

I am delighted with my Roam Light. Just what I need.

The product is excellent. Service and communication polite and personal.

A heartfelt thank you to Helen and Jade for making sure the lights reached us in India. They were incredibly helpful and kept following up with the Indian authorities—a process that could drive anyone mad! Their kindness and patience meant a great deal to us.
My husband is 89 and a journalist and writer, so he reads and writes a great deal. I’ve set up the lights, and they’ve already made a big difference to his reading. Their portability is especially useful, and we were delighted that they came with an Indian plug—such a thoughtful touch.
Thank you both for going above and beyond. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Everything about this product screams quality - from its design and operation to the packaging it came in and even the paperwork that accompanied it. Importantly, it performs exactly as Serious Brands claim it does - bringing a new level of clarity to our reading. It’s not cheap, but worth every penny.

The reading lamp is exactly what I need - I love it! In fact we have bought two more for our middle aged children who are starting to use reading glasses. The parcels arrived speedily, the lamps beautifully packed: altogether a great product and great service. Thank you

Great, reliable products. I've bought from Serious Readers in the past and had no hesitation ordering 2 HD Roams. I'm using them as bedside lights but they're portable and can be used anywhere. Highly recommended!

Brilliant product, excellent service, price reasonable. just ordered a second light as so pleased.

Delivered on time and well packed.
My only criticism is l should have purchased one years ago… it’s the best thing for my needlework. Excellent

Bedtime reading improved from 8 pages per night to around 50.
Excellent reading light.

Great service ... the floor standing light arrived promptly. We already have other lights but this one is definitely the best yet. Easy to set up and with simple to use controls.

Good delivery time, light looks good and well made. The light cast is superb.
Excellent purchase.

This is a solid, properly constructed quality product. It gives a superb, clear light and meets the promises advertised. Costs a bit mind you, even at sale price, but it's nothing like the cheap, Chinese-made tat you see everywhere else. Should last a lifetime. Being 'British made' is a bonus for me - and for the British economy!

My table lamp was exactly described and arrived within a few days very well packaged. I had no problem with the product it was my choice that was wrong as it was just too big for my small bedroom. I rang the next day and explained this and was put under no pressure and the lamp was picked up from my home the next day. The credit was in my bank account well within the 5 working days. I already have a standard floor lamp from Serious Readers and would not hesitate to recommend and use the company again. Thank you.
