After navigating through the hot tub mine field and visiting various suppliers of hot tubs and swimspa’s we opted for Seropian spas and we certainly weren’t disappointed.
As this is a big purchase, it is essential you have absolute trust in the company to match you with your perfect hot tub and will give you honest and accurate information. I found these two great lads listened to what I wanted from my tub, the budget I had, and offered me a few options and I made my selection.
Delivery day came and they both turned up at the agreed time and we waited for the crane (yes they organise this too). The hot tub was lifted over the house very professionally and went without any issues. Once on terra firmer the lads set to work to set everything up and didn’t leave until everything was working properly giving instructions on how to work and maintain the tub, with parting words of “contact us anytime no question is too silly” As aftercare is so essential you hear so much of people buying hot tubs on line and left to their own devices.
I won’t lie I’ve had difficulties getting the chemical levels correct and have tested those words to the full as three weeks on I am still sending emails, but you can guarantee I get a very quick response with excellent succinct advice.
I’m now in love with my hot tub as it has surpassed all my expectations and am slowly tuning into a chlorinated prune.
If you’re thinking of buying a hot tub this is the company to buy from, you won’t be disappointed and won’t go away thinking you’ve been duped by a brash sickly salesperson.

I set out looking to replace my de-commissioned 16 year old hot tub before Christmas (I love to sit in the tub on Christmas day). After visiting every showroom in the area (i'm hard to please) this was the final place in my search for a new tub. These guys really know their stuff and were able to help me choose a hot tub that really suited my needs, very knowledgable and helpful. My new hot tub was delivered 3 days after my purchase, they had all the right kit, the old tub was taken out and the new one put in its place no problem. They even helped move the old tub out on to my drive ready to be collected. The following day I received a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with everything. Great service from the time I opened the door at the showroom, fully explained the product and differences from my original hottub, even though the new hottub was a little larger than my original the guys helped out on removing my old one to a safe place while the base was extended to accommodate the new size. Once this was complete it took the guys a few days to arrange a crane and delivery. On the day of the delivery the crane arrived early and set up ready for the scheduled time. Straight off the delivery van, over the house in style and dropped directly in to place. Up and fully working with three hours after that with a full clean down. Super happy customer. Even delivered the old spa to one of my neighbours houses down the road and placed in position. (Above and beyond). Keep up the good work Seropian Spa’s! 👍
