My loan coordinator Maria is just stupendous and fabulous. Helping me more that you can imagine with loan plans and follow-up and one on one assistance just absolutely kind knowledgeable and fabulously friendly while being absolutely UTMOST professional and just outright kind helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Awful company
Awful company. My loan was sold to these people, cannot get a live person on the phone, tried messaging and I get a generic reply to call them , after saying I couldn't get a live rep! The phone system is awful. I went through 7 different prompts and still couldn't get anyone. For god and baby jesus stay away from this place

Every month they claim I didnt pay them. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. Every month, they are paid on the FIRST or BEFORE and on the 15th, EVERY SINGLE MONTH, they call me and claim they were not paid.
