Servbanks escrow people are a disaster. First they overpaid my taxes, and when the county returned the funds, the did not credit them to my account. Second, I paid my own taxes directly and called Servbank to make sure they did not duplicate the payment. Three weeks later, they don't have in the records that the taxes are paid and plan to duplicate the payment.

This mortgage company is terrible and deserves no stars. Will tell you an amount and change it at their own will.

Person on the phone was nice. Company as a whole is a corporate mega-shark. In the middle of legal battles, they forced an escrow account upon me - which I DIDN'T have with my previous loan servicer - and they nearly doubled my monthly amount due, all while having committed serious RICO violations and other Frauds... they are the epitome of the corrupt financial industry. Lawsuit in progress...

I have mortgage with Servbank and this mortgage company is bad and I would choose minus star if it is there, and for any person who has no account with this mortgage company, I considered him/ her as a lucky person,

Our Ally Zoe is amazing! She made what could have been an extremely stressful situation, manageable. She is well informed, through, and always follows up when she says she will.

The customer service representative on this call, was professional and courteous. She was able to answer my questions quickly and in an understandable manner. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion.
This rep is outstanding and should be recognized for providing excellent customer service.

This company is a JOKE!!! Their lack of communication and customer service (or lack there of) is laughable. They cannot get anything done. You have to call them a dozen times for any kind of resolution. I wish there was a way for us to get away from them without refinancing. I HATE dealing with this company.

We lost our home to a fire and it has taken us weeks of jumping through hoops to try and pay off our mortgage. Each department would send us to another department and we would have to start the process over again. As of this post, we are still waiting for them to process our insurance payment so the mortgage can be cancelled. Also, knowing we our home was a total loss, our escrow was sent to our insurance company to renew our policy for another year, but they did not pay our escrowed property taxes. It has been a battle from day one with this Mortgage Company.

I have always trusted Servbank until recently. After hurricane Milton, I applied for assistance 3 times. The reason it was 3 was because each time I was accepted for assistance I received letters stating my mortgage payment was late. I would call Servbank to inquire only to find I was NOT accepted for assistance. 3 calls accepted and 3 calls denied. NOW we have a problem….

ServBank has had trouble at every step once the purchased my mortgage. They had trouble receiving paid funds from my prior lender, they take in excess of 15 days to process a payment, they had trouble working with my insurance provider. They have been a nightmare to work with.

I was disappointed in Servbank in the beginning. I started in April '24 with an application to assume another loan. Didn't get closed until Sept. '24. It seemed disorganized in the departments and their paperwork. Constantly having to give same information that was given at an earlier time. However, in the end I had a great person who helped me set up my account to be able to make my house payments. He was very patient, encouraging, and helpful in me getting my monthly payment setup. Thank you so much Markie.
