I like the friendliness of the staff and general ambience at Servcorp Gateway.

What I do not like is that too many of the people using Servcorp Gateway don't have a proper appreciation of the need for relative quiet and are so noisy that they are a constant disturbance, !!Such that I have begun to consider moving to other shared office accommodation elsewhere in the city, such that I have started considering moving to other shared accommodation elsewhere in the city..

This is the particularly so in respect of people wearing stilletto heels which make a significant noise on the hard floors.

Also, after large meetings in the big boardroom, the din in the general shared office area adjacent to it has driven me out a couple of times.

Some people also see it as appropriate to gather in groups of three and four in the shared areas and talk relatively loudly about whatever they're working on, which is a distraction to other more quiet users.

Odd thing to comment on but the regularity of breakdown of the coffee machine is disappointing.

Great shared office space in a prime location! The staff are always friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The office has a professional and comfortable environment, making it a lovely place to work. Highly recommended!

Servcorp Gateway must have the best office views in Sydney, and the staff are fantastic. Together, they make it a great place to come to work.

I have had such an easy, smooth, enjoyable experience from day 1 of renting out a HotDesk membership.

The girls are reception as so lovely and always down for a chat! They always respond to my concerns or enquiries very quickly and are very easy to communicate with. They host a social event every month too which is always a bit of fun and great to meet and network with others.

Everyone on the floor are super friendly, always smiling and greeting each other, it's really nice to feel a part of a space, which I don't get when I work from home on my own.

Not to mention the office has THE BEST view in Sydney and is super affordable!

I have had a coworking membership for two years. It is great value. The offices are beautiful, nice views, good locations and friendly atmosphere (staff and fellow members). We have access to quality end of trip facilities to ride in or shower after a lunch time jog. Couldn't be happier genuinely 5 stars.

The facilities are great but the staff at Servcorp Parramatta is what makes the difference. They are attentive, efficient and provide great customer experience to our clients.

Friendly and helpful team and great location

Merewyn Partners has been with ServCorp at Chifley Towers for about 15 years. The facilities are excellent, the staff are always courteous and helpful, and the views are amazing. We usually allow an extra fifteen minutes before meetings for visiting clients to gaze out the windows and enjoy Sydney Harbour's beauty.

The location is very convenient - close to parking and public transport. Clients are frequently impressed by the fabulous views. The support staff are very professional and courteous. The monthly costs keep business overheads low.

Love the fact that the staff know who we are (as a company) and what we do. It’s as though the Servcorp staff are an extension of our own team. Very attentive and very quick to respond to requests.

The Hobart team led by Genevieve are amazing. Gen encourages her team to know everyone and treat everyone like family. Walking out of the lifts and seeing the team, they are immediately positive, welcoming and make your day. A fantastic way to start the day thanks.
