Jokers but not funny.

Made order for a very simple piece of plastic for a Concept 2. Got the order confirmation, never heard anything since. No response to a contact us via their web site which I'm sure they'll claim was never received. Would not use again for anything, even a £1.98 piece of plastic. Claim via Paypal and refunded.

If you can't even do the simple things right then you cannot be trusted.

Sent two emails and made one phone call asking for a quote for a part. Both emails were ignored and the lady on the phone call said 'it's best to email'. Told her I’d already done that and she asked me for my email address and said 'I’ll go to parts now and get them to contact you immediately'. Guess what - still no contact. Terrible customer service.

Reply to their response: you’re just giving me the email address I’ve already emailed numerous times but had no reply!!

Great service from Nath & Rhys last week while they came out to Cyprus to service the PTE. Going above and beyond what they should have been doing and constantly keeping us in the loop with everything.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but when I do, it’s because I’ve encountered something truly exceptional. From start to finish, every time he comes, the experience has been nothing short of spot on. The service? Impeccable. The banter? Flawless. I honestly consider sending a thank-you card, a bouquet of flowers, and possibly conducting a small parade in his honour every-time he leaves. Highly recommend—10/10 would even possibly go out for an enforced work meal with him if it ever arose

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan and Robo from service sport for our annual gym equipment service, and I can confidently say they provided an outstanding service from start to finish.
