Absolutely quality service from Nathan totally professional and all over the maintenance of the kit giving me advice and tips to keep on top of it in the future

Reg did the service on our gym kit. Took his time and didn’t get in the way of our members unlike other service providers.
Let us know what parts we needed and the condition of the kit shortly after the service had finished. Didn’t have to wait weeks for a service report.

Timeline on parts is a major issues. But always have a great service off Ian real good engineer.

Dale is really helpful when he comes to our site, works hard and if there are other jobs that need doing he will do them. He left screws with us last time as the upholstery guys don’t seem to know how to put the screws back in. Just little things like that make keeping our gym to the standard it should be.

Dale visited us from Oxford over the past two days to service our equipment, and as always, he was incredibly helpful, efficient, and professional throughout. He was able to fix nearly all of the issues we had logged, including a cable machine that had only been reported yesterday! It's always a pleasure to have him on-site, and he's truly a valuable asset to your team.
