Staying with SettleLiving was wonderful! They were consistently helpful with regard to our apartment, and our space was lovely. I would highly recommend communicating with them if you’re interested in New York City living.

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location, lots of great amenities including a gym, which saved me some money, super was extremely helpful. I really liked their method of letting the roommates give the tour, it gave me a more authentic look at the apartment vs doing it through a realtor. I’m pretty satisfied with my experience.

Managements are really beyond helpful. Beautiful apartments in cool neighborhoods. That are otherwise hard to secure a place in. But SettleLiving made it easy for me to apply, moving in and move out.

I just completed my lease with Settleliving. My experience renting a room in a shared apartment with settle living was overall positive. Complaints were well managed and attended to. The apartment’s shared space was also tidy and cleaned regularly, room mates were respectful of everyone’s personal space. Overall, it was a nice experience and I recommend for both short and long term rental.

They are the worst. Uncommunicative and slow

Using Settle Living was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a landing spot in NYC. It was easy to find a room that was well furnished and comfortable. The management team was easy to get a hold of, and I had great roommates. I ended up staying for 6 months longer than I anticipated because the location and space was so great! We had a cleaning crew come through which was helpful, but I also did a lot of cleaning on my own which was expected in the communal living spaces. All in all I’m glad I found Settled Living and would definitely work with them again if the need ever arises.
