No customer service or follow up responses given when contacted regarding orders. It is 3/21, and I still have not received product I ordered on 12/18. I have had to file disputes to get my money back for two different orders.

I ordered and paid for a blanket that was a king size. They sent me a toddler size one. I sent photos of my ordered showing I ordered and paid for a king size. In addition, a photo of the blanket and tag , they sent me, showing it was definitely not correct. They REFUSE to send me the correct item I paid for .. FRAUD!!! No one will get back to me .. only emailing me saying the item can not be returned.. I want the correct item. HORRIBLE company.

They ship incorrect merchandise and do not honor the return policy.

Just bought a hoodie from them and it is not “buttery soft” but rather just like any other hoodie I could have bought at Walmart. And small in size too and I ordered the size I normally wear. Not worth the money!

Ordered two sweatshirts. They were too small. I immediately asked if I could return them for a bigger size and they simply responded they were not eligible for return. Never worn. Tags still on. Stuck with them and out 50 bucks for no reason. They lied about their return policy.

Ordered a shirt June 2nd and still nothing. E-mailed them several times no response! Scam company

They are a horrible company to work with! I got a size Large which is what I always wear and I used the sizing chart too. It is too tight and too small so I wanted to send back to exchange for a larger size and it got DECLINED! WHY??? No answer from them except declined. Now I am out 35.00 with shipping and I cant use it. So disappointed and will NOT recommend this company.

I ordered an outfit from this company early May 2025, its almost 30 days later and nothing! I've emailed them 2 times, no response..they have no customer service number, only email which they never respond to. Beware! SCAMMERS!

Horrible customer service! I placed an order on January 2, 2025 and order still showing ready to ship. I have contacted them numerous times only to get the same automatic generated reply. I wished I would have read the reviews before placing an order. If I don't get a reply soon, I will go to my credit card company and report fraud.

They advertise their hoodies as “butter soft” but they are not. I got a buy one get one free and I ordered a pink one and a camouflage one. The pink one is kind of soft but the camouflage is NOT SOFT AT ALL. It’s actually scratchy.

I ordered from SRL three years ago. Sweatshirts. Did not think they were worth the money at all. That being said you can’t stop this company from sending multiple emails a day. I’ve tried and tried to unsubscribe from them and they’ve made it virtually impossible to stop the emails. I’ve gone through the CONTACT page so many times. Truly I don’t think they actually go to anyone. I’m so frustrated with them. Have never dealt with a company like this. I can’t understand they are still in business. They have the same inventory since at least 2020. All I can say is don’t buy anything from them. You will never get rid of them.

I started getting unsolicited emails (many a day) from Seven Rock Life and cannot stop them. There is no unsubscribe on the web site.
I have texted them in the contact us and it comes back undeliverable or as a problem of some kind. I do not think at this point that this is a real company owned by a family. It’s a scam (or worse) whether overseas or here in US. If anyone knows how to get rid of this nuisance please respond? Who do we report this to to get some help? Thank you

How is this company still in business?
I wish I read the reviews before making a purchase. They promise a $25 gift card, which turns out to be a $25 coupon that
cannot be combined with any other discounts. Total scam.

also, there is no way to contact this company. No phone number is listed. If you email them, they will not reply back. Also , if you leave a negative comment on Facebook or Instagram, they will block you immediately. So all of the good reviews on social media are not accurate because they delete all the bad ones.

The sweatshirt is just OK. Probably worth $15. Nothing great.

Ordered nov 30th. They just send me tracking that usps is expecting my order. Twice now. Am disputing with bank. Awful!

I ordered two butter hoodies after finding out about them on social media. I am so disappointed and wish I would have read the reviews online and or viewed all the complaints to the Better Business Bureau about them. The hoodies are not soft, they are not true to size. I was unable to exchange one for a different size. Their customer service seemed uncaring. I was stuck with two cheap looking hoodies that pilled up after day one.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order on November 28; today is December 9; I still don't have my order. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Customer service is not very good; about the only thing they say is they are a family owned business.

One star too many. I ordered one sweatshirt and one jogger. I received 2 hoodies yesterday!! No phone to call them!!!if you can't call with a complaint they don't deserve your business

You cannot return anything you bought on sale.

I hate it that we have to even choose one star. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My order has not moved at all since they emailed me the "shipping" information. They are out to take everyone's money. ALSO, GOOGLE THE ADDRESS THEY SHOW AS THEIR LOCAL "US FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS!" ITS A UPS STORE IN A SHOPPING CENTER WITH OTHER LEGITIMATE STORES BUT NONE FOR THEM. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Hopefully, Paypal will reverse the charge and I will get my money back, but I doubt it.
