We do love our sexy shoes. They have plenty of choices in a variety of categories and shoes is not the only thing sexy that they sell
I love the fact that they carry larger sizes in a lot of the shoes , lingerie and every day wear. The quality is definitely there on every product that I have bought so far. I’ve signed up and created an account and they send me discounts vouchers from time to time. I love things that are on sale! It definitely adds to the sexy when you can save some money. THUMBS DOWN!!! Don't waste your time or money!
This is my second time ordering from this company and my second time being unhappy with my experience. The first time I placed an order I had issues with my items arriving in wearable condition. I had ordered shoes and one pair broke the first time I wore them and the second pair arrived flawed and unwearable. I decided to give this company another chance and ordered several lingerie items. 2 of the 4 items have issues. One of the bodysuits has a broken zipper and is unwearable. And the leg garters I ordered arrived with only one in the package. Nowhere in the description does it say it comes with one garter. It is supposed to be a set of garters (plural). I'm not very happy with my experiences or the fact that I wasted so much money for substandard products. I will most likely not be ordering from this company again.

We only received 1 of the 5 or 6 items that we ordered-So you get a 1 star rating-
But we we did receive approximately 10 emails from (you) Sexy shoes and UPS-
the shipping company-and probably 1/2 the emails said we we’re getting a delivery and 1/2 said the delivery would be tomorrow -Friday-
A-Over communication— way to many emails from both Sexy Shoes and UPS-
B-Inaccurately communicated-Convolutied. and definitely Confusing -
But I will say your trying-that’s Obvious-
Absolutely no paperwork in the one item I did get-Most likely this was from a 3 PO-
ie: one of your “Drop Shippers “
After 27 years working for “PepsiCo”-PBG-Pepsi BottlingGroup-I totally get the
“Right Product at the Right Place at the Right time”theory and needing to have some vendors support your company to help the customers get the product as soon as feasible-
Bad reviews are not BAD-Take this as a opportunity to learn and grow from it -
Appoint 3-5 people to do a pow wow and figure out the “Root Cause “
1 from Sales
1 or 2 from Shipping and packaging
1 Junior Manager-(For team focus and time line constraints)
1 Rep from one or two of Drop Shippers
I would give you 5 stars for the effort-
It’s just a needs some fine tuning and input from your key contact points of the sale to the point of the delivery-
This is what you sometimes get when a person retires and has the time to properly respond to “A Survey “ which 99% of your customers mark -blank stars-
and are done(if they fill it out at all)
